Le défi : Administrateur de système, DevOps
Sous la supervision du chef d’équipe opérations TI et situé à notre bureau de Sherbrooke, vous êtes
principalement responsable du support et du maintien des domaines Windows, des services Microsoft tels que
Exchange et SharePoint, de même que des autres services offerts par SherWeb.
Vous aurez le mandat de :







Participer au support avancé et à la résolution d’incidents et problèmes escaladés par l'équipe de
support de niveau 3 ;
Procéder à des Investigations approfondies sur les causes racines (root cause) menant aux
améliorations requises pour nos différents environnements ;
Participer aux différentes optimisations des environnements avec le reste de l’équipe ;
Participer à la gestion des outils de monitoring, de mise à jour et de reporting ;
Prendre part à certains projets, dont vous pourrez avoir la charge, visant l'amélioration et
l'optimisation du réseau ;
Développer une spécialisation sur l’un de nos services ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
Vous présentez ce type de profil :





DEC en informatique, systèmes ordinés ou une combinaison de formation et d'expérience
équivalente ;
Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en administration de systèmes ;
Bonne capacité de troubleshooting ;
Une expérience éprouvée en gestion de systèmes Microsoft ;
Bilinguisme (anglais et français) à l’oral et à l’écrit est essentiel.
Une ou plusieurs des expériences suivantes seraient un atout :

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 ;





Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 ;
Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 ;
Scripting et automatisation avec PowerShell ;
Gestion de serveurs Microsoft SQL ainsi que langage Transact-SQL (T-SQL) ;
Environnement avec clusters et haute disponibilité.

The Challenge: System Administrator, DevOps
As part of the Operations Team and based out at our Sherbrooke office, you are primarily responsible for
support and maintenance of Windows domains, Microsoft services such as Exchange and SharePoint as well as
other services offered by SherWeb.
You will be asked to:






Participate in advanced support and resolution of incidents and problems escalated by the team of
Level 3 Technicians
Conduct depth investigations into the root causes leading to improvements needed for our different
environments
Participate in the management of monitoring, updating and reporting tools
Participate in projects aiming at improving and optimizing our network
Develop a specialization in one of our services
Perform all other related tasks based on the needs of the organization
You have a background that is similar to this:





DEC in Computer Science, computerized systems or equivalent combination in training and experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system administration
Good ability in troubleshooting
In-depth experience in Microsoft system administration
Ability to speak and write perfectly in both English and French
Knowledge of one or more of these technologies is an asset:




Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013
Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013
Microsoft Lync 2010/2013
Scripting and automation with Powershell


Microsoft SQL Server management as well as Transact-SQL (T-SQL) language
