ORDER for Increasing Weight Designation on Provincial Highway No. 335.
Reference: Increasing weight limits on Provincial Highway No. 335 from its junction with Provincial Highway
No. 23 to its junction with Provincial Highway No. 35.
Pursuant to section 35.1 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister hereby Orders:
For the purpose of managing traffic on and protecting provincial highways, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
effective 12:01 a.m., July 29, 2015, unless restricted by a Minister’s Order issued pursuant to The Highways and
Transportation Act, 1997, this Order authorizes any person, vehicle or class of vehicles to operate at the weights
set for primary highways by The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, on Provincial Highway
No. 335 from its junction with Provincial Highway No. 23 to its junction with Provincial Highway No. 35, with
the exception of April, May, and June of each year.
This Order will remain in effect until July 31, 2025 unless sooner varied or rescinded.
Appendix D, clause 15(kk) of The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, which extends primary
weights to secondary provincial highways does not apply under the Order.

Shall be restricted as follows:
• The maximum gross weight on any axle, axle group or vehicle shall not exceed the weight limit for
secondary highways as prescribed in The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010;
• Appendix D, clause 15(kk) of The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, which extends
primary weights to secondary provincial highways does not apply under this Order.
The restriction does not apply to:
• Emergency vehicles;
• Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure vehicles and municipal maintenance equipment when
conducting maintenance or accessing sites on or along the restricted highway;
• SaskPower, SaskEnergy and SaskTel vehicles when accessing sites along the restricted route;
• Buses;
• Farm Equipment operated or towed.
This Order is issued on a permanent basis.

Notice of Preparation of assessment roll — Rural municipality
R.M. of Lumsden No. 189
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of Lumsden No. 189 for the year 2015 has been
prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m., on the
following days: Monday to Friday, July 24 to August 24, 2015.
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have
been sent as required.
Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment is required to file his or her notice of appeal,
accompanied by a $50.00 appeal fee which will be returned if the appeal is successful, with: The Assessor, R.M.
of Lumsden No. 189, Box 160, Lumsden SK S0G 3C0, by the 24th day of August, 2015.

Regulatory Bylaw Amendments
Pursuant to subsection 15(2) of The Registered Nurses Act, 1988, the regulatory bylaws of the
Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association are hereby amended as follows:
Bylaw IV subsection 2(3) is amended to read:
“(3) Practicing membership carries obligations including but not limited to the following:
(a) to adhere to the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses contained in
bylaw XIV;
(b) to adhere to nursing standards and competencies for the practice of registered nursing contained
in bylaw XV; and
(c) to immediately report:
(i) a conviction or finding of guilt for any criminal offence under the Criminal Code (Canada),
The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada), or any similar legislation in any province,
territory, state, or country, or any offence in relation to the practice of nursing or another profession
in any jurisdiction;”.
Bylaw IV subsection 3(3) is amended to read:
“(3) Graduate nurse membership carries obligations including but not limited to the following:

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submissions to The Saskatchewan Gazette is 5 p.m. on the Monday of
the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m.
of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette
submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue.
All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (MS Word
or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan
Justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. (306)787-2367, or by E-mail: [email protected].
Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from
the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below
the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients.
Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer Revolving Fund. Please include the
GST in addition to regular charges at the rate of 5% each for those items listed below under “GST Payable”.
The minimum charge for publication of notices not specified below is $16.00 for each notice, which
sum shall accompany the material when forwarded for publication.
