us for an exciting and fast-paced “speed networking” event! Take advantage of this opportunity to meet and connect with industry peers and
mentors. Participants will have a chance to meet, exchange business cards, and have a brief one-on-one discussion with dozens of retail real
estate industry professionals. This event will give professionals the chance to build on existing relationships and meet some new faces in the
industry, while also facilitating networking through a dynamic and engaging “speed dating” format.

This ICSC educational, networking and mentoring program is specifically designed for retail real estate professionals who are seeking to develop
their careers and build relationships in the shopping centre industry. The Next Generation program offers retail real estate professionals the unique
opportunity to meet and interact with their peers, share experiences, exchange ideas and advice in an interactive yet relaxed environment. Next
Generation is also open to seasoned professionals who wish to give back to the industry.
