The ornate luxury villa for rent is spacious in the extreme sense of the word, it is richly
furnished, its interior is colourful and it is on the beachfront. A private gate gives you
privileged access to the beach. Being only a 5 minutes' walk from the glamour and
diverse entertainments of Puerto Banus, the seaside villa is an ideal location for a
luxurious vacation.
One enters the private villa through intricate wrought iron electric gates and past the
cottages for staff and guests. The main villa is a four level building with a lift
connecting the various floors. Even from the elegant entrance foyer, you have
magnificent views on the Mediterranean. From the foyer you move to main sitting
room, with its shiny baby grand piano, huge dining room that can comfortably seat
twenty guests, well equipped kitchen and various smaller informal lounges. The roof
terrace on the top level of the residence, affords breath-taking views. There is a
convenient roof kitchen to use for the romantic and festive occasions of roof-top
dining.
Sleeping for ten is provided in five en suite bedrooms in the main house. The first floor
contains five en-suite bedrooms. The immense, 120sqm, master bedroom has its own
sitting room, his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. The other three bedrooms
are in the guest cottages on the grounds.
The entertainment area of the villa is on the lower ground level. This includes a large
indoor pool with history displayed on the walls in graeco-roman murals, a sauna, large
bar area and a private discotheque.
The lush tropical gardens lead down to an elevated sun patio with a private gate giving
access to the beach. The focus point of the exterior area, is without a doubt the
swimming pool containing a drawing and signature of no one less than Pablo Picasso
