The Villa is located on a 40 hectares Estate surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
As you turn the curve on the Estate cypress alley, the light that this location enjoys will
immediately transport you into the Tuscan dream, golden hills, vineyard , olive groves.
You can choose to visit some of the jewels of Tuscany, the Val d'Orcia, the nearby
Montepulciano or Pienza. This is one of the richest area of Tuscany, therefore who
wants to discover the wonders of this region, are in the right location.
This said, it may be difficult to leave the infinity pool, that has recently been completed,
and its view to the hills, and make sure you are back for the sunset behind the village
of Pienza that has to be enjoyed with a glass of the Estate wine sitting in the
‘Limonaia' or lying next to the pool.
The Villa is on two levels, with the living and dining room on the ground floor, as well
as the kitchen and large wooden table, ideal location to discover the secrets of the
Tuscan cuisine with the Chef's cooking classes.
A stunning stone staircase will lead you upstairs to the three double bedrooms ensuite, each of the 6 estate bedrooms have TV and mini bar.
Next door to the villa is located the dependence and its three double bedrooms en
Suite.
A lot of attention and taste has been put in the renovation of this Estate, nothing has
been left to chance, and the service does match the quality of the Estate.
Recommanded to the most demanding guests.
Your host Giulio and its assistant will look after you 24/24, whether you need a to plan
a trip to the wonders of Tuscany or simply to enjoy a good Rhum with a Cigar.
