Description
Au coeur du parc naturel régional des Monts d'Ardèche, dans la Maison en Bois, les amoureux de la Nature seront comblés. Cette maison
écologique, classée THPE et Ecolabel européen, comprend le gîte au rez de chaussée et le logement du propriétaire à l'étage (le propriétaire
n'est toutefois pas présent au printemps ni en été). Le gîte dispose d'un accès indépendant ainsi que d'une terrasse privative de plain-pied,
avec superbe vue sur la vallée. Nous sommes à 20 min d'Aubenas, 25 min de Vals les Bains, à 30 min de Voguë (baignade, canoë,... ). Pour
les randonnées, départ du gîte chaussures aux pieds (topo-guides à disposition). Nombreux sentiers parcourables aussi en VTT. Séjour avec
coin salon, cuisine équipée, 2 chambres avec chacune sa salle d'eau et son wc (1 lit 2 places, 160 cm dans l'une et 2 lits 1 personne dans
l'autre), de nombreux jeux et jouets pour adultes et enfants. Torchons, nappes et kit de démarrage fournis (produits ménagers écologiques,
épicerie de base et de démarrage...).
Getting to the gîte
Quand vous arrivez dans le village de St Michel de Boulogne, traverser le village (1 seule route). La maison (en bois) est en contrebas de la
route, sur la gauche, juste après le panneau de sortie du village.

Exceeding capacity of property :
The capacity of the property must not be exceeded (including children over 2). If their prior agreement has not been secured, owners can
refuse additional people; owners may accept them in return for an extra payment.
Tenant responsible for cleaning :
Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a clean and proper condition. If this is not
the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if they consider that the property is not
sufficiently clean.
