Self contained stone gîte in little south-facing hamlet in upper part of Neyrac-les-Bains, overlooking the high Cévennes and foothills of the
Ardèche mountain. Gîte on 2 levels, accessed via little 'calade' (stone path). Living room, kitchen area, lounge area, 2 bedrooms (double bed)
(2 single beds), shower room, 2 WCs. Electric heating, inset fireplace. Terrace shaded by arbour, terraced garden. Spa town of Neyrac 2km
(heated swimming pool, rhumatology, skin care, fitness). Casino and cinema 20km. 20% discount for spa patients. Large, lockable shed for
bikes, prams, etc.
Getting to the gîte
Sur la RN 104, entre Aubenas et La Puy, aller à Neyrac-Les-Bains ( 18 km d'Aubenas) . Quitter la RN104 en rentrant dans la station thermale.
Passer devant les bâtiments Neyrac Ciné et La Résidence et monter en direction du Soulhiol. Faire environ 2km. Repérer le numéro 310

Exceeding capacity of property :
The capacity of the property must not be exceeded (including children over 2). If their prior agreement has not been secured, owners can
refuse additional people; owners may accept them in return for an extra payment.
Tenant responsible for cleaning :
Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a clean and proper condition. If this is not
the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if they consider that the property is not
sufficiently clean.
