YOUCAT meetings.
An opportunity to talk about our faith, to relate to one another, to develop a deep sense of belonging to our faith
community, to grow in our ability to share the Good News with others and to grow in our understanding of the
teachings of the Church and of what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Come and See!

CORNWALL: SASE Weekend: It’s not too late to sign up for the SASE weekend taking place February 22 to 24.
Lent is an excellent time for a retreat. The registration sheet is available at www.sasecornwall.ca . Emmaus is the
second course of the St. Andrew School of Evangelization, a stepping stone towards a solid foundation for all
future courses. We will walk the path from Jerusalem to Emmaus with the Risen Christ, who makes our heart
burn with the flame of the Scriptures. We will then return to Jerusalem from Emmaus to proclaim the death and
resurrection of Jesus the Lord.
CORNWALL: Retraite interparoissiale: L’année de la foi nous invite à réfléchir sur le contenu de cette foi reçue en
germe au moment de notre baptême. Nous en aurons l’occasion pendant la grande retraite interparoissiale de
langue française qui aura lieu à la paroisse Sainte-Croix du 17 au 20 mars. Le P. André Daigneault (qui a déjà
animé deux retraites à la Nativité) reviendra pour l’animation de cette retraite. Faites des plans pour y assister.
CORNWALL : St. Columban’s Parish – Year of Faith Lenten Mission : “Very truly, I tell you, whoever believes has
eternal life” (Jn 6:47). To have faith or to believe is not easy in a world like ours. But why should a Christian
believe? Bishop Marcel Damphousse will lead us in a special Year of Faith Lenten Mission. All are welcome to
join him as he helps us find more purpose to our belief. The Mission starts with any weekend Mass at St.
Columban Parish on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 7pm, Sunday Feb. 17 at 7:30, 9:30 & 11am & continues each evening at
7pm. Sunday Feb. 17: Talk; Monday Feb. 18: Talk; Tuesday Feb. 19: Communal Celebration of Reconciliation;
Wednesday Feb. 20: Mass with extended homily & collection for the Missioner.
CORNWALL: Lenten Noon Mass at St. Columban Parish at 12:10pm. From Monday through Friday during Lent,
beginning with Ash Wednesday until Wednesday of Holy Week (March 27th). All are welcome!
CORNWALL: Women’s Morning of Reflection on March 2 nd. Come and join us for a morning at the Charles ÉmileClaude Centre, 146 rue Chevrier, from 9:15am til noon. The morning includes mass, confession, breakfast, talk
and rosary. The guest speaker is Willy Effinger from the Canadian Divine Mercy Centre. His talk is entitled:
