Good morning everyone Carla Y. Nell will host two TCC/Skype information sessions for municipalities with gravel pits, including the TAPMO members, as an opportunity for anyone that was unavailable for the consultation session. To ensure your Skype meeting is successful, if you are not a full Skype user (no integrated telephone in your Skype client) follow these steps: • Open Google Chrome (or web browser of choice) • Right Click on the Join Skype Meeting link (below); • Select Copy Hyperlink • Paste the URL in the address bar of Chrome and press enter • Type your name in the Guest field (i.e. John Smith) • Select join the meeting • You will have a Skype meeting experience simply using the Skype Web App Note 1: if you haven’t used the Skype Web App before, a small plug‐in will want to install. Allow this to install. You will only have to do this once on your computer. Note 2: If your organization has Skype blocked, simply use the telephone number provided in the meeting appointment to dial in for a full “audio” experience.
