CANADIAN HARD OF HEARING ASSOCIATION –
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of the Canadian
Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA) will be held at the Fort Garry Hotel, 222 Broadway
Street, in the City of Winnipeg, Province of Manitoba on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at 1:00
p.m., for the purpose of:

Approving of the minutes of last year
Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the year
ended December 31, 2015 and the report of the auditors thereon and;
Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the
meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Lunch will be provided prior to the Annual General Meeting at 12:30 p.m.

Avis est par les présentes donné que l'assemblée des membres de l’Association des
malentendants canadiens aura lieu à l’hôtel Fort Garry, 222, rue Broadway, dans la ville
de Winnipeg, province de Manitoba, le samedi 28 mai 2016, à 1h00, et que ses objets
seront les suivants :

Approbation du procès-verbal de l’an passé;
recevoir et examiner le rapport annuel et les états financiers pour l'exercice terminé
le 31 décembre 2015, et le rapport des vérificateurs qui les accompagne et;
traiter les autres questions pouvant être dûment soumises à l'assemblée ou à une
séance ultérieure de l'assemblée.
Le déjeuner sera servi avant l'assemblée générale annuelle à 12h30.
