Le compte rendu ne fait l’objet d’aucune remarque, approuvé par l’assemblé.
Note 1: rappel de la rédaction d’une plaquette du Comité et le besoin d’avoir de chaque
pays des éléments sur nombres d’adhérents, photo du ou des représentants et du
Président, quelques éléments et photo sur les principaux champions et sur des
évènements marquants.
Note 2: la constitution des commissions avec l’appel à candidature.
2. Organisation du 1er championnat
Rappel par le Président des conditions d’organisation.
Excellente organisation qui a répondu à l’ensemble des points du cahier des charges de
la FILA, succès sur la présence des pays « 15 nations » et « plus de 250 personnes
représentant les différentes équipes ».
Remercîments à la Fédération de Lutte de Turquie et à son Président Osman BAK.
Par Önder et Rodica Maria YAKSI, Présentations des conditions d’organisation,
discussion sur le règlement du Championnat de la Méditerranée.
Les points forts :
Le déroulement de la compétition dans son ensemble avec un très bon état d’esprit, , les
transports, la communication avec un point presse ou était présents les principaux
journaux et la Télévison sur le plateau avec des retransmission, l’organisation du stage,
la présence de belles équipes aussi bien en garçon dans les deux styles que chez les
filles.
Les points faibles ; l’inscription des pays et leurs réponses tardives, organisation de
rencontres économiques.

Rappel de l’importance que les pays s’inscrivent plus tôt avec plus de
précision dans le nombre de d’athlètes pour une meilleure organisation de l’évènement.
Rappel sur l’intérêt de préparer cet évènement à l’avance et de solliciter des partenaires
pour accompagner les équipes avec organisation de rencontre et d’échanges avec les
chambres commerces et des partenaires locaux institutions ou entreprises.

5. Les relations internationales et la recherche de partenariat

Ce sujet doit être développé à la fois sur l’aspect relation internationale, relation
économique et culturelle.
Sujet sponsoring, partenariat avec réseau relation entre entreprise du bassin
méditerranée, appui sur les grandes capitales de la Méditerranée.

Les
aspects financiers.
Reconduction de la taxe d’organisation : 1 500 € pour les trois styles
Reconduction de la Taxe de séjour : 50 € par jour et par membres de l’équipe
Reconduction de la taxe d’engagement : 30 € par athlète
Accord de l’ensemble des représentants pour la mise en place d’une adhésion au CMLA.
Le rôle de cette adhésion, participer au fonctionnement du comité.
Accord de l’ensemble des représentants sur une taxe d’adhésion de 300 € par pays et
par an.
Accord sur le point suivant ; le pays organisateur est dispensé de la contribution annuel
de 300 €
Deux sujets devront être développer pour assurer une certaine autonomie du Comité et
aider au développement et à l’organisation de manifestations diverses (stage jeune,
championnat, fonctionnement commission … )
• Les sponsors, les partenariats.
• Les revenus liés à la publicité avec définition d’un ratio sur la participation
dans le cadre des organisations.
Ouverture du compte en Suisse, siège social FILA,
¾ Signature D sauvaire et M Ibnou ZAHIR . La FILA a accès au compte par sécurité.
¾ La somme de 3 660 € est reversée sur le compte par la Fédération de Turquie

7. Le calendrier
• La candidature pour le 2ème championnat de la Méditerranée : est confirmée et
retenue la candidature de l’Egypte.
• Présentation de la proposition du Président de la Tunisie : Organisation du
championnat de la méditerranée de la jeunesse tous les 4 ans, l’année de
l’organisation des jeux méditerranéen (formule championnat cadet, trois styles,
période début juillet, organisation stage).
La proposition pour la première organisation par la Tunisie (début juillet 2013) est
acceptée par l »ensemble des représentants
• Calendrier du Comité Méditerranéen
o 2011 : organisation du 2ème championnat de la Méditerranée Egypte
Alexandrie du 29 avril au 1er Mai
o 2012 JO Londres : Deux propositions de candidatures Algérie avec Alger et
Sarajevo pour une organisation Serbie et Bosnie-Herzégovine. Le cahier
des charges et la demande d’engagement est envoyé à chaque fédération.
o 2013 J Med : organisation du r championnat de la jeunesse (cadet) en
Tunisie, début juillet 2013
o 2014 :
• Questions diverses
o Débat sur organisation des championnats de la méditerranée prenant en
compte les différents championnats continentaux et notamment les tournois
de qualifications pour l’année des jeux. (question de la Serbie). Réponse
difficulté de trouver une date avant les europes et les deux autres
championnats Asie et Afrique et prenant en compte les coupes du mondes.
La période de fin Avril début Mai est la plus simple entre les Europe et
Afrique et Asie. Voir début Mars avant les tournois de qualification.
o Réponse du SG FILA Michel Dusson, les championnats sont prioritaires
dans le calendrier FILA.
o .Proposition d’envoyer Önder et Rodica YAKSI pour aider l’organisation et
visite d’inspection voir avec Murat RAMADANOVIC pour organisation des
échanges et relations internationales. M Ibnou ZAHIR pourra accompagner
ces visites.
8. Questions diverses
¾ Intervention du vice Président : souhaite organiser un stage jeune sous forme
camps de vacance avec démarche culturelle et sportive.
Proposition de l’organiser en collaboration avec le Ministère de l’éducation
populaire jeunesse et sport du Maroc pour 1ère organisation.

Organization of the 1st championship
Reminder by the President of the conditions of organization.
Excellent organization which answered all the points of the specifications of FILA
Success on the presence of countries " 15 nations " and " more than 250 persons
representing the various teams ".
Congratulation in the Federation of Fight(Wrestling) of Turkey and in its President Osman
BAK.

discussion about the regulation (payment) of the Mediterranean Championship.
The key points:
The progress of the competition in general with a very good state of mind, the transport,
the communication with a press conference or was present the main newspapers and the

The financial aspects.
• Renewal of the tax of organization: 1 500 € for three styles
• Renewal of the Tourist tax: 50 € a day and by members of the team
• Renewal of the tax of commitment: 30 € by athlete
Agreement of all the representatives for the implementation of a membership in the
CMLA.
The role of this membership, to participate in the functioning of the committee.
Agreement of all the representatives on a tax of membership by country and by
year.
Agreement on the following point; the organizing country is exempted from the
contribution annual of 300 €
Two subjects will have to be to develop to assure a autonomy of the Committee and help
in the development and in the organization of diverse demonstrations (young training
course, championship, functioning committee and commission)

The calendar
• The candidacy for the 2nd championship of the Mediterranean Sea:
The application (candidacy) of Egypt is confirmed and held.
• Presentation of the proposition of the President of Tunisia: organization of the
championship of the Mediterranean of the youth every 4 years, the year of the
organization of the games Mediterranean, formulate younger “cadet”
championship, three styles, period the beginning of July, the organization training
course.
The proposition for the first organization by Tunisia (in the beginning of July, 2013)
is accepted.
• Calendar of the Mediterranean Committee
o 2011: organization of the 2nd championship of the Mediterranean Sea
Egypt Alexandria from April 29th till May 1st
o 2012 OLYMPICS games of London: two propositions of applications
(candidacies) Algeria with Algiers and Sarajevo for an organization Serbie
et Bosnie-Herzégovine. The specifications and the request of commitment
is sent to every federation.
o 2013 Mediterranean Games: organization of younger championship (cadet)
in Tunisia, in the beginning of July, 2013
o 2014:
• diverse Questions
o Debate on organization of the Mediterranean championships taking into
account the various continental championships in particular the
tournaments of qualifications for the year of the games. (Question of
Serbia).
o Answer difficulty finding a date before Europe and two other championships
Asia and Africa and taking into account world cups. The period of the end of
April at the beginning of May is the simplest between Europe and Africa
and Asia. See at the beginning Mars before the tournaments of
qualification.
