Story
Notice to the amateurs of story: the “Château de Lignan” opens you its doors … Alternately impregnable
fortress, ruin or place of pleasure, this prestigious establishment can boast to have crossed the time without
getting rid of its character and its identity. Numerous are the historic personalities to have frequented and
liked it, there also are many owners who boasted of having possessed it. Today in the hands of Henri
Dubois, the place became a gastronomic inescapable stage of the country from the Languedoc.
In the heart of a park six hectare and lined by the river of Orb, this establishment in the form of L invites
you for a gourmet and vivifying break outside time and of the reality. The high ceilings, the well-kept
decoration, 49 rooms are equipped with a functional furniture, bathroom, hair dryer, mini bar, television,
telephone and wifi. The swimming pool in the reflections of azure, nothing is left at random in this
establishment which allies brilliantly modern hotel business and past illustrious of this place of exception.

Ability maximum of our restaurant is 110 persons without dancing floor.
Dancing floor can be possible in the restaurant with maximum 90/100 persons in the restaurant.
Table’s disposal: one oval table for 18 to 20 persons, one oval table for 12 to 14 persons and round tables for 8 to 10 persons.
We can charge to print the menu for you with a supplement.
Table plan must be given one week before the wedding.
Menu suggestion (without drinks) at 45.00€ or 60.00€ composes with: cocktail snacks, starter, trou languedocien (a glass of
Muscat), main course, and wedding cake (A personal plate with your both names and date of your wedding on the wedding
cake)
