 L’organisateur doit être licencié de la fédération nationale du pays où se déroule l’épreuve
 L’organisateur s’oblige à respecter le Règlement de l’UCI
 L’organisateur autorise l’UCI à utiliser dans ses publications concernant l’épreuve les noms, marques
et logos associés à l’Epreuve
 L’organisateur s’engage à ne pas organiser d’autres courses cyclistes en dehors du Règlement UCI,
sauf accord exprès du Comité Directeur
 Sous réserve des dispositions règlementaires, l’organisateur accepte que tout litige entre l’UCI et
l’organisateur soit porté exclusivement devant le Tribunal compétent du lieu du siège de l’UCI
By requesting the registration of his/her Event on the UCI calendar :
 The organiser shall be licensed of the national federation of the country where the race is run
 The organiser undertakes to comply with the UCI Regulations
 The organiser authorises UCI to use in its publications regarding the event any names, brands and
logos associated with the Event
 The organiser undertakes not to organise any other cycling event outside the UCI Regulations except
formal consent of the Management Committee
 Without prejudice to any provisions of the applicable Regulations, the organiser accepts that any
litigation between UCI and the organiser will be submitted solely to the competent court of the
competent court of the administrative district in which the UCI has its headquarters
