The training schedule will be distributed once the team has confirmed their arrival details. This is for the stipulated quota of officials and riders in National teams as per UCI rule 3.4.012 as noted below: The organiser shall pay, in addition of the riders for: 1 attendant for teams of fewer than 3 riders 2 attendants for teams of 3 to 5 riders 3 attendants for teams of 6 to 10 riders 4 attendants for teams of 11 to 17 riders UCI Registered Track Trade Teams UCI registered teams will be responsible for the full cost of their team’s participation in the UCI Track Cycling World Cup including accommodation, meals and airport transfers. Track Trade teams may reserve accommodation for riders and attendants by completing the attached booking form. C.P. 44870, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México Miscellaneous Airport Transport The Organizing Committee will provide transportation to and from the International Airport Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla to the Hotel Fenix and Carlton Hotel for national teams. As per the UCI guidelines, only one pick-up per team on arrival and only one drop-off per team on departure will be provided. Transportation will be provided by the Organizing Committee from Monday, November 3. All national teams arriving before this date may be charged for this service. UCI registered teams may be charged an airport transfer fee should they wish to use the Organizing Committee transport. UCI Registered teams should indicate if they wish to access OC transport. Venue Transport A free shuttle will be provided between the abovementioned hotels and velodrome. This service will begin in the morning on Monday, November 3 for official training.
