Missions :
• Learning & Development: build a capability framework and L&D solutions for the European region, such as a data base of “Best in class trainings in
Wholesale”
• Engagement:
o Prior to our annual survey launch in June, support the Talent & Change Management Dr. to organize global data base and communication cascade
o Contribute to drive up employees’ engagement in HQ via a cross-team project group
• Rewards: contribute to the design of a new global job levelling by supporting redesign of job descriptions, jobs evaluation and carrying on market
analysis
• Payroll: assist with putting in place payroll processes within the Central cluster (Benelux + GAS) that are compliant with internal & external audit
requirements
• PMO: Project Management Office for HR (metrics, dashboards)
• Talent Acquisition: conduct ad hoc interviews process for entry level positions / interns for HQ
• Business intelligence on some HR subjects: provide analytical information helping HR managers make evidence-based decisions
Profil:
• Business School or University Master with a specialization in HR or Communication. Previous internship in HR, ideally in a B to C environment at
international level (FMCG, Retail etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
• Ability to work as part of a team but also comfortable to take initiatives and work alone
• Analytical skills, learning agility, curiosity
• Influence skills and cultural flexibility
• Resilience, accountability
• Fluent in English, across both written and spoken communication ( 3 languages would be ideal with “ international level “ in English none
negotiable ( TOEIC Score > 950 / TOEFL TBC pts or SAT ) – German / French / Spanish recommended )
• Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
