Destination Canada : Une occasion unique de recruter des travailleurs temporaires ou permanents.
Le salon de l’emploi Destination Canada aura lieu du 15 au 17 novembre à Paris et le 19 novembre à Bruxelles.
Une réunion préparatoire avec tous les participants canadiens se tiendra à Paris le 14 novembre afin de faire le point
sur les programmes d’immigration temporaire et permanente, ainsi que sur le soutien en matière de recrutement
international disponible tout au long de l’année.
Chaque jour à Paris et à Bruxelles, vous rencontrerez jusqu’à 800 candidats. Ceux-ci seront sélectionnés parmi des
milliers de demandes de participation, en fonction de vos offres d'emploi affichées sur le site Web de Destination
Canada.

Depuis le 1 juin, le volet Mobilité francophone permet aux employeurs de recruter à l’étranger des travailleurs
francophones et bilingues pour des postes de gestion, professionnels, techniques/métiers spécialisés hors Québec sans
avoir à obtenir une Étude d’Impact sur le Marché du Travail (EIMT), sans condition d’âge ou de nationalité. D’autres
permis de travail sans EIMT sont disponibles sous l’initiative Expérience Internationale Canada (EIC) pour les jeunes
Français et Belges.
Il n’y a pas de frais de participation au salon de l’emploi Destination Canada pour les employeurs ou pour les
recruteurs. Les employeurs peuvent afficher des offres sur le site Web de Destination Canada même s’ils ne sont pas
en mesure de participer en personne au salon.
Les participants du Canada peuvent bénéficier d'une réduction de 10 % auprès d’Air Canada, transporteur officiel
canadien du salon (code UUBHWCJ1).
Les employeurs intéressés à continuer vers d’autres régions en France ou d’autres pays tels que la Tunisie, le Maroc
ou le Cameroun pour recruter peuvent communiquer avec l’équipe de Destination Canada pour explorer les possibilités.
Destination Canada est organisé par l’ambassade du Canada à Paris avec le soutien d’Immigration, Réfugiés et
Citoyenneté Canada et en partenariat avec les services publics de l’emploi et de la mobilité internationale.

Destination Canada: A unique opportunity to recruit temporary or permanent workers

The Destination Canada Job Fair will take place November 15 to 17 in Paris and November 19 in Brussels. A

preparatory meeting with all Canadian participants will be held in Paris on November 14 to provide updates on
temporary and permanent immigration programs, and on support available throughout the year for international
recruitment.
You will meet up to 800 candidates each day in both Paris and Brussels. These candidates will be selected from the
thousands of requests to participate, on the basis of your job offers posted on the Destination Canada website.
Since June 1st, the Mobilité francophone stream allows employers to hire francophone and bilingual workers for
managerial, professional and technical/skilled trade occupations from abroad to work outside of Quebec without having
to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) irrespective of age or nationality. Other LMIA-exempt work
permits are available under the International Experience Canada (IEC) initiative for young French and Belgian citizens.
There is no cost to employers or recruiters to participate in the Destination Canada Job Fair. Employers can post
jobs on the Destination Canada website even if they are unable to attend the fair in person.
Canadian participants can take advantage of a 10% discount from Air Canada, the official Canadian airline of the fair
(Code UUBHWCJ1).
Employers interested in continuing on to other regions of France or other countries such as Tunisia, Morocco or
Cameroon to recruit can contact the Destination Canada team to explore the possibilities.
Destination Canada is organized by the Embassy of Canada in Paris with support from Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada and in partnership with public agencies for employment and international mobility.
