Child policy overview
Children under 12 can stay for free using an extra bed in their parents' rooms, limited to one child
per room. Breakfast is offered for these children.
The chef offers
- very simple dishes for the little ones (menus from € 12)
- and a “junior Connoisseur” - menu (€ 19 drink included), an introduction to French cuisine
for young gourmets.
Upon arrival, a hearty welcome awaits your children:
- a teddy bear for the little ones
- a set of wooden dominoes, or a Mikado game for the bigger ones
A children’s bathrobe and slippers are available during your stay.
A visit of the kitchens is offered for dessert! Greetings from the Chef and a dedicated toque as a
gift.
At the Domaine de Beauvois, all baby facilities are provided: high chairs, booster seats, baby
changing mats, bottle warmers, baby phones.
Possible childcare services on request when booking, payable locally.
* Children can enjoy indoor games:
board games, colouring books, story books...
and outdoor games in the park: walks through the woods and the fields, bikes (for children aged 4
to 6), an outdoor swimming pool in the summer and outdoor games on the lawn (ping pong, giant
bowling), tennis (rackets and balls available), croquet sets, petanque.
Many fun, sports and cultural activities are to be discovered near the hotel:
- Lulu Park in Rochecorbon (25 km) - The “Récré à Monts” (25 km) – the Zoo in Doué la Fontaine (60
km) – the Futuroscope in Poitiers (100 km) -Canoeing in Bréhémont (20 km) - Horse riding at the
Stables of Mad in Luynes (5 km) upon reservation - Bowling in Joué les Tours (8 km) - Treetop
adventure park in Mosne or in Saint Benoît la Forêt (35 km) -- The programme “Entrez dans la cour des grands1 ”offers cult ural visits in historical sites with
quiz games to raise children’s interest. Some of the sites participating in this programme (see the
reception for more details): Maison de Loire in Anjou, the Mushroom Museum, Amboise Pays d'Art et
d'Histoire (Amboise country of Arts and History), Aux anciens commerces (at the ancient shops),
Château de Langeais, Château de Montsoreau, Château Royal d’Amboise, Collégiale Saint Martin
(Saint Martin Collegiate Church), Pagode de Chanteloup (Chanteloup Pagoda)....
