Robert Owen is a partner in our Corporate Commercial Group and the National Leader
of our Forestry Law Focus Group. Based in Vancouver, Robert practises corporate and
commercial law in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, corporate
structures, partnerships, joint ventures, reorganizations, corporate governance and
forestry law. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of mergers & acquisitions,
negotiating shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture
agreements, implementing corporate reorganizations, and advising directors and
shareholders on corporate governance matters, as well as commercial and regulatory
matters relating to the forest industry.
