Venez tourner en France
grâce au Crédit d’impôt international
Le Crédit d’impôt international (C2I) concerne
les œuvres cinématographiques ou audiovisuelles
(unitaires ou séries) de fiction ou d’animation
dont la production est initiée par une société
étrangère et dont tout ou partie de la fabrication
se déroule en France.
Sont éligibles au crédit d’impôt international
les œuvres qui réalisent au moins 1 million
d’euros de dépenses éligibles en France et,
pour une œuvre de fiction, au moins 5 jours
de tournage. Ces œuvres doivent également
comporter des éléments rattachés à la culture,
au patrimoine ou au territoire français.
Le crédit d’impôt est accordé de façon sélective
par le CNC, sur expertise de Film France,
à la société qui assure en France la production
exécutive de l’œuvre. Son montant représente
20% des dépenses éligibles du film en France
et peut atteindre au maximum 4 M€ par œuvre.

Take a TRIP to France
The Tax rebate for international production (TRIP)
supports foreign companies whose projects
are completely or partly made in France.
The tax rebate can be granted to works that have
a minimum spending of 1 million Euros of eligible
expenses in France and, for a live action work,
have at least 5 days of shooting in France.
The works must include elements related to
the French culture, heritage, and territory.
The TRIP is given by the CNC and following Film
France’s assessment to the French company
managing the production in France on behalf
of the foreign producer. The amount allocated
comprises in 20% of the film expenses incurred
in France and caps at €4 milion per project
(USD $5.3 million as of April 2012).
