CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE :
-Sporty passport of your country with a medical certificate, a licence and your
parents’ authorization for the year 2016/2017.
If you come from a foreign country, you need federal licence or WTF.
-You must have protections approved by the WTF, dobok with a white collar for
the keup, dobok with a black collar for the dan and dobok with an il poum collar
for the il poums. You must have a breast plate, a head piece, athletic supporter,
shin pad and fore-arm protection, mouth piece, gloves and, electronic “pitaines”.
Electronic head protection is furnished by FFTDA
LAST DAY TO INSCRIBE YOU
Fill in the pre-inscription paper under (staff + fighters) + payment slip + send all
with your payment at the Ligue de Taekwondo PACA to record your name before
November, 20th, 2016
Number of participants is set at 450 fighters maximum, be careful

The participation costs for each fighter has to be payed when you inscribe you if
you’re from a French club and when you arrive at the place of the competition if
you’re from a foreign club or team.
We will only count the inscriptions sent with the form correctly filled in and
the payment.

Rules of the competition :
They’re the rules of the F.F.T.D.A. & W.T.F.
Fights will last :
 Minimes: 3x1 minute of fight and 30s to have a rest
 Cadets : 3x1,30 minute of fight and 1mn to have a rest
 Juniors : 3x2 minutes of fight and 1minute to have a rest
One Round left, if it’s a draw, with a golden point. If there’s no point more at the
end of this round, the referees will decide who the winner is.
The Ligue can change the time of the fights if it has to.

(The fighters will have to present their accreditation at the desk of the referees and

TO CLAIM
If you don’t agree a decision, the coach is the only one who can go to the jury desk
after having payed 100 euros.
You only got ten minutes after the fight to claim.

The Ligue is able to modificate the parameters or this time table.

REFEREES
 You have to participate to the referee training wearing a dobok Friday,
December 2nd 2016 from 18h45 to 20h16
 The referees will present them wearing the regulatory suit the day of the
competition.
 Each team can present one referee.
 Only the called-up referees will have their fees payed.
Rules to be on the areas –
 Only the fighters, coaches, officials and referees will be able to be on the
fight areas.
 The fighters are not able to be there as a coach.
 The coaches will present them wearing a sweat suit and sport shoes ; They
must have with them a towell and a bottle of water.
 The referees must wear their regulatory suit : green or blue jacket, grey
trouser, white shirt, tie and taekwondo white shoes.
Awards :
 Individual medals for each weight group.
 A cup for the best fighter (men + women) of the day.
