Né d'un croisement génétique entre Daft Punk, Aphex Twin, Mr Oizo et The Stooges, le duo
parisien Teenage Bad Girl est un reflet de la "nouvelle vague" électro française.
Ce petit tsunami deviendra grand, mélangeant une techno efficace et des breaks inattendus.
Ils sont soutenus et playlistés depuis leurs début par Mylo, Chloé, Paul Woolford, Erol Alkan, Ian
Pooley, JohnLordFonda, Justice, dj Hell, Digitalism, Arthur Baker, Adam Freeland, Ewan
Pearson, Hystereo (Soma), Vitalic, Boys Noize, Yuksek, etc.
Leur premier album 'Cocotte' comporte 14 titres naviguant entre rock, breaks & dirt-électro, et
inclue des remixes par Boys Noize & Hystereo (Soma). Et leur remix de «I don’t feel like dancing
» des Scissor Sisters est plébiscité par la scène anglaise !
A noter également que le graphisme de l'album a été conçu par le graphiste hollandais Parra,
auteur notamment de campagnes publicitaires européennes pour de grandes marques, d'une
couverture pour Clark magazine et d'une expo remarquée chez Lazydog (Paris) en 2006.
