My experience with Mr. Karim Atlassi for the sale and purchase of a new home was very pleasant.
First of all the sale was done very fast because he brought many clients one week to another. He
made sure that we got the best possible deal for the house we were selling. He always took our side
when the time came for a deal to be reached. As for the purchase of a new home, it was a battle for
us to get the home, mainly because of the bank but Mr. Atlassi made sure we got what we wanted.
We knew already which house we were going for but he showed us that there was many other ones
around that we could go for. His patience and determination was very appreciated. He even went
out of his way to help us many times. My family is thankful for his help. Not only did he help a lot,
but became a friend in the process of the purchase because it was not easy but he did not let his
hands down. All in all, Mr. Atlassi is a very good real estate agent that I will recommend to anyone
who is willing to buy/sell his property because I am sure they will have the best service. It was a

Karim is very knowledgeable in the real estate business but his client approach is often aggressive
and arrogant ( bother with the vendor and potential buyer) . Once the sale contract is signed , he
refuses to bridge communications between vendor and buyer for other items or pending issues to
be resolved, leaving vendor to communicate directly with buyer for complete closure. Oaciq
confirmed to vendor that this is not good service has sales rep normally should carry on these tasks
after sale contract is signed.
Atlassi. Grâce à son professionnalisme et sa persévérance, ma maison a été vendue dans une
