her Guanaja chocolate soufflé tart or Capuccino with walnut biscuit, irresistible.
Supervised by your Chef de partie, you ensure the supply, the production and the control of your workstation. You are responsible for your entire part (pastry,
products, hygiene and staff). You assure for the cleanness of your workstation while respecting the application of standards, production procedures and
HACCP hygiene standards within the hotel.
You have a pastry degree, and you justify 2 years minimum of experience on a similar job in a luxury company.
You are recognized for your organization, your dynamism and your teamwork.
You master preparation and cooking techniques.
