Nomination and application procedure for exchange students Application deadlines : 30th June* for the 1st semester (*exceptionally) 30th October for the 2nd semester Approval and nomination of the exchange students by the home establishment. After having officially nominated the outgoing students, the International relations office of the ESPE Lille Nord de France will acknowledge receipt of each nomination by email. Once students have been nominated for exchange studies and traineeships, the applications with all the supporting documents are to be sent to the ESPE international relations office : Erasmus+ Learning agreement for studies or for traineeships which must be approved by the director of studies, advisor or by any appropriate authority of the home establishment and signed by the student A copy of the transcript of records showing the academic level courses completed A proof of French proficiency – B2 level at the TCF/TEF French tests or of a B2 level at the DELF A copy of the ID card or passport A copy of the student card A personal statement Our Office will examine the application within 5 weeks and contact then the student. The ESPE will not accept students with a learning agreement of less than 15 ECTS for 1 trimester exchange, less than 30 ECTS for 1 semester exchange and less than 60 ECTS for 1 year exchange. Housing application Students will contact the International relations office : [email protected] - which will assist them with finding affordable housing. Curricula Students will consult the ESPE web site : http://www.espe-lnf.fr/spip.php?rubrique5 and contact the International relations office : [email protected] Period of study : Teacher training programme for primary education : courses at the ESPE –School of education in Villeneuve d’Ascq/Lille + internship in a school of the primary education. Teacher training programme for secondary education : courses at the University of Lille + internship in a school of the secondary education. Period of traineeship : Students can be assigned to a school of the ‘Académie de Lille’/Nord-Pas de Calais region. 3. Registration Upon the arrival students will have to register at the ESPE. 4. French language courses Students will have the possibility to attend a French intensive course at the beginning of the mobility (September and February).
