The company is experiencing fast growth yet needs to consolidate its fundamentals. "Even though TeamCorner is quickly growing its user base, its management wants to discover how to create more value for Brand Owners. One hypothesis here is that better support to the way Brand Owners work with Digital Marketing Agencies may be a convenient approach for creating tools to help Brand Owners achieve better results from their Digital Marketers. This team will examine how current Brand Owners work with Digital Marketers, from selecting them to managing them to building experience. With more than 1700 member companies employing more than 275000 people, it is the country's largest industrial federation. "Within its sectors, Agoria also covers Building Technology (energy systems), and particularly the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry. "Considering the various energy production models covering Belgium, Agoria is interested in studying how much those models are compatible with current reality and boundary conditions. In other words: to which extent do existing models, used by different stakeholders today, comply with existing boundaries, thus how realistic are they today? Abstract: About Sopra Banking Software: Sopra Banking Software (previously known as Callatay & Wouters) (http://www.soprabanking.com/) is a global leader in software and IT services for banks and financial institutions. With a worldwide reach, the Company is a major player in internal IT systems and processes in banks. The "Time To Market" requirement becomes increasingly important for banks, yet reliability and security requirements remain a major concern in their software. As a banking Software provider we must address these three requirements that seem irreconcilable. The aim of the study is: 1. to discover what the exact requirement behind the sometimes vague “Time To Market” concept is ; 2. to discover what banks are ready to change internally to meet this challenge and how we can best adapt for these changes ; 3. to explore the feasibility of applying (Bank’s) Customer Development process in parallel of a Business Critical Application that is supported by a standard Software. Code : GEST-S555-P9 Client: Zen Car Brussels Représentant: Régis Leruth Titre: Définir la campagne de rentrée de Zen Car Abstract: About Zen Car : La société Zen Car offre des services de car sharing de véhicules électriques (BEV, EV) en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. À la recherche des combinaisons produits-services susceptibles de rencontrer son public, Zen Car étudie comment adapter son offre. Zen Car est en train de conclure un accord avec des prestataires de loisirs et souhaite à présenter définir un package de services qui inclue le car sharing de voitures électriques à destination d’un public de Génération Y (Les « Millenials »). La société souhaite confier à un groupe d’étudiants de la SBSEM la recherche et l’étude des conditions d’offre les plus adéquates à ses objectifs de développement d’affaires, 1) de mettre au point une offre convaincante à partir de sa station de l’Av. Roosevelt, et 2) d’ouvrir les discussions avec la VUB pour éventuellement implanter une nouvelle station et p.ex. y fournir l’offre définie en 1). Un certain nombre de produits et de services technologiques commerciaux étant d’une complexité qui dépasse les compétences techniques de l’utilisateur moyen, ListMinut souhaite développer un service d’Ambassadeurs capables d’aider celui-ci à tirer pleinement parti desdits produits et/ou services, avec le double bénéfice 1) d’une expérience utilisateur meilleure et 2) une augmentation de l’ARPU du fournisseur. Une équipe d’étudiants analysera le concept de ListMinut, approchera des fournisseurs connus de ListMinut, et évaluera avec eux si, et comment, un tel concept de service d’Ambassadeurs est susceptible de satisfaire un besoin du marché.
