CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTES
A. PARTICIPATION / PARTICIPATION
1. Any company wishing to participate in the event shall send to PLASTIPOLIS, along with
the registration form, a pre-payment of 50% of the total net amount, through wire transfer
(i.e 210€ net for cluster members, 300€ net for early birds, 420€ net for full registration.
Toute entreprise souhaitant participer à l’événement doit faire parvenir à PLASTIPOLIS
avec le bulletin d’inscription un chèque d’acompte ou un virement de 50% du montant
total TTC (soit 210€ TTC pour les membres des pôles, 300€ TTC pour les inscriptions avant
le 30 Avril ou 420€ TTC pour les pleins tarifs). Otherwise, PLASTIPOLIS may decide to refuse
the participation of the company. A défaut, PLASTIPOLIS peut décider de refuser la participation de l’entreprise. From the sending date of the registration form (mailing administration proof ), the company has 3 days to withdraw its participation. A compter de la date
d’envoi du bulletin d’inscription (cachet de la poste faisant foi), l’entreprise dispose d’un
délai de 3 jours francs pour se rétracter. In that case, the company shall send her decision
via a recommended letter with ackowledgement of receipt. Elle en informe PLASTIPOLIS
par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Consequently, none amount may be
required from the company and its withdrawal leads to the full reimbursement of the
amount. Dans ce cas, aucune somme ne peut être exigée de l’entreprise et la rétractation
donne lieu au remboursement intégral.
2. The registration form shall be duly fulfilled, signed and dated and shall absolutely be
joined by the prep-payment of 50% of the participation amount (via cheque or wire
transfer). Only the reception of the complete registration will allow the validation of the
participation and gives right, for the company, to participate in the event. Le bulletin
d’inscription doit être dûment complété, signé, daté et doit être obligatoirement
accompagné du chèque d’acompte correspondant à 50% du coût de participation, seule
la réception de l’ensemble de ces éléments permet de valider l’inscription et le droit, pour
l’entreprise, de participer à l’événement.
3. PLASTIPOLIS will provide you with a « paid in full » proof in the amount of the participation. PLASTIPOLIS vous fera parvenir une facture acquittée pour le montant de la
participation.
B. CANCELLATION / ANNULATION
1. PLASTIPOLIS reserves the right to cancel the event as soon as its organization would be
made impossible due to an insufficient number of registrations. PLASTIPOLIS se réserve le
droit d’annuler la mission dès lors que son organisation deviendrait impossible et en cas
d’un nombre insuffisant d’inscription. In that case, the amount perceived by PLASTIPOLIS
will give place to a credit note or be reimbursed. Dans ce cas les sommes perçues par
PLASTIPOLIS feront l’objet d’un avoir ou d’un remboursement. No compensation may be
asked from PLASTIPOLIS. Il ne pourra être exigé de Plastipolis aucune indémnisation.
2. In Case of a cancellation due to the company itself, the travel expenses already incurred
will not be reimbursed by PLASTIPOLIS. En cas d’annulation du fait de l’entreprise, les frais
de séjours engagés ne pourront être remboursés.
3. The present regulation is subject to French Law. Le présent règlement est soumis à la
loi française.
4. Any litigation arising from this contract or related to it will be solved in the end by the
competent jurisdiction. Tout différend découlant du présent contrat ou en relation avec
celui-ci sera tranché définitivement par le Tribunal compétent
