Stephen Robertson is a partner in both our Securities and Capital Markets Group and
Investment Management Group in our Vancouver office. Stephen is focusing his
practice on advising clients in a variety of sectors with respect to securities and
investment management industry matters, including investment fund managers, dealers
and portfolio advisors. Stephen has been involved in advising with respect to the
formation of public and private Canadian investment funds, as well as with respect to
day-to-day operations and management of those funds. Stephen has also advised
clients with respect to the offering of securities to Canadian clients, whether publicly via
a prospectus or publicly via an exemption under securities laws.

manuals for compliance and regulatory matters.

placement offering.

Acted for Northern Property Real Estate Investment Trust in its $45million short-form prospectus offering.

Acted for Finning International Inc. in its $200 million shelf prospectus
offering of medium term notes.

Acted for the underwriter in the initial public offering of Orefinders
Resources Inc.

Acted for Central 1 Credit Union in its $150 million offering of floating rate
notes.

Acted for a number of issuers and underwriters in various brokered and
non-brokered private placements ranging from $2 million to $50 million.

Acted for Eldorado Gold Corp. in its $2.5-billion acquisition of European
Goldfields Limited by way of plan of arrangement.
