Alexandra is the National Leader of our Advertising, Marketing and Sponsorship Group,
as well as Montréal Regional Leader of our Financial Services Regulatory Group and our Seniors Residential and Long-Term Care Operators Group. She is also an active
member of both our Privacy and Access to Information Group and Life Sciences Group.
REPRESENTATIVE WORK

Advises clients from a variety of industries on matters relating to
marketing practices, advertising, labeling and packaging, and the
requirements of the Charter of the French language and Canada's antispam law.
Community Involvement


Reviews advertising initiatives, the terms and conditions of marketing, gift
card and customer loyalty programs, as well as contest rules, in order to
ensure their compliance with the law, and suggests changes as required.

Advises clients on compliance issues relating to access to information
and the protection of personal information, particularly in the context of
commercial operations, transactions and service-provider agreements.

Provides advice to clients on consumer protection and consumer credit
matters and reviews contracts for large retailers, telecommunications
companies and financial institutions (including credit card contracts), in
order to ensure their compliance with the law, and suggests changes as
required.

Advises pharmaceutical and other companies with respect to federal and
provincial legislation as well as industry codes of conduct governing the
marketing of prescription drugs, medical devices and natural products.

Advises residences for the elderly, residential and long-term care centres
as well as other healthcare establishments on regulatory matters
applicable to them.
