EZADERM® Crème
Description:
EZADERM® cream combines the potent topical antibacterial action of Fusidic acid with the anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects of Betamethasone.
Betamethasone Valerate is a topical steroid with rapid
effect in inflammatory dermatoses. Even refractory
conditions that do not respond to other medications,
can often be treated successfully with EZADERM®
cream.
When applied topically, Fusidic acid is effective
against Staphylococci, Streptococci, Corynebacteria,
Neisseria and certain Clostridia and Bacteroides. The
antibacterial activity of Fusidic acid is not diminished
in the presence of Betamethasone.
Indications:
EZADERM® is indicated in inflammatory dermatoses
where bacterial infection is present or likely to occur.
Inflammatory dermatoses include: Atopic eczema, discoid eczema, stasis eczema, seborrhoeic dermatitis,
contact dermatitis, lichen simples chronicus, psoriasis
and discoid lupus erythematosus.
Dosage and administration:
Uncovered lesions: Apply EZADERM® cream 2 - 3 times
daily.
Covered lesions: Less frequent application of EZADERM®
cream may be adequate.
Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the cream.
• Topical corticosteroids are contraindicated in viral,
tuberculous and fungal skin infections, perioral dermatitis, acne rosacea and ulcerative conditions.
Description:
EZADERM® la crème combine l’action antibactérie,
d’actualité et puissante d’acide de Fusidic avec les antiincendiaires et effets d’antipruritic de Bétaméthasone.
Bétaméthasone Valerate est un stéroïde d’actualité avec
l’effet rapide dans dermatoses incendiaire. Les conditions même réfractaires qui ne répondent pas aux autres
médicaments, peut être souvent traité avec succès avec
EZADERM® la crème.
Quand appliqué d’actualitément, l’acide de Fusidic est
efficace contre les Staphylocoques, les Streptocoques,
Corynebacteria, Neisseria et certain Clostridia et Bacteroides. L’activité antibactérie d’acide de Fusidic n’est pas
diminuée dans la présence de Bétaméthasone.
Indications:
EZADERM® est indiqué dans dermatoses incendiaire où
l’infection bactérienne est présente ou probable pour arriver. Dermatoses incendiaire inclut: L’eczéma d’Atopic,
l’eczéma discoïde, l’eczéma de stasis, la dermite de seborrhoeic, contacter la dermite, le lichen simples chronicus, le psoriasis et erythematosus de lupus discoïde.
Posologie et administration:
Lésions découvertes: Appliquer EZADERM® la crème
2 - 3 fois quotidiennement.
Lésions couvertes: Moins fréquenter l’application
d’EZADERM® la crème peut être suffisante.
Contre-indications:
• L’Hypersensibilité n’importe quel ingrédient de la
crème.
• Les corticoïdes D’actualité sont contre-indiqués dans
viral, tuberculous et les infections de peau fongiques, la
dermite de perioral, la rosacée d’acné et les conditions
d’ulcerative.

Precautions:
Long-term continuous therapy should be avoided, particularly in the face, on flexures, and intertriginous areas, and in infants and children.
Use during pregnancy and lactation:
Topical steroids should not be used extensively in pregnancy; fetal abnormalities have been seen in animals
due to systemic absorption.
Side effects:
Hypersensitivity has rarely been encountered. As with
other topical corticosteroids, prolonged and intensive
treatment may cause local atrophic changes of the skin,
such as thinning, striae and dilatation of the superficial
blood vessels, particularly when occlusive dressing is
used or when skin folds are involved. Systemic absorption, sufficient to produce hypercorticism in blood/adrenal suppression, can also occur.
Infants and children are particularly at risk.
Caution should be exercised if a topical steroid is used
near the eye. Glaucoma might be the result if the preparation enters the eye.
Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature (15 - 30ºC).
Presentation:
EZADERM® Cream: Each gram contains Fusidic acid
20 mg (2% w/w) and Betamethasone Valerate equivalent to Betamethasone 1 mg (0.1% w/w) in tubes of 15
grams.
Précautions:
La thérapie continue à long terme devrait être évitée, particulièrement dans la visage, sur les flexions, et les secteurs d’intertriginous, et dans les bébés et les enfants.
Grossesse et Allaitement:
Les stéroïdes d’actualité ne devraient pas être considérablement utilisés dans la grossesse; les anomalies foetales
ont été vues dans les animaux en raison de l’absorption
du système.
Effets indésirables:
L’hypersensibilité a été rarement rencontrée. Comme avec
les autres corticoïdes d’actualité, le traitement prolongés
et intensifs peut causer des changements atrophiques locaux de la peau, telle que diluer, striae et dilatation des
vaisseaux sanguins superficiels, particulièrement quand
habiller occlusif est utilisé ou quand les plis de peau sont
impliqués. L’absorption du système, suffisante pour produire hypercorticism dans la suppression sang/surrénal,
aussi peut arriver.
Les bébés et les enfants sont particulièrement au risque.
La prudence devrait être exercée si un stéroïde d’actualité
est utilisé près de l’oeil. Le glaucome pourrait être le résultat si la préparation entre l’oeil.
Conditions de conservation:
Conserver à la température ambiante (15 - 30ºC).
Présentation:
EZADERM® Crème: L’Acide de Fusidique 20 mg (2%
p/p) et l’équivalent de Valérate de Bétaméthasone à
Bétaméthasone 1 mg (0.1% p/p) dans les tubes de 15
grammes.
