The role
You will work together with a team of professionals in order to understand our clients problematics, and to design and
develop new creative solutions for them.
The key tasks of your job will be focused on agile software development (incl. test-driven development, peer programming,
etc.), but may also very quickly involve application design, project management and other client related consulting activities
(quantitative studies, reports, etc.).
Knowledge and skills
We aims at attracting and retaining only high level profile consultants, all sharing a deep passion for excellence, to
propose a unique combination of skills to all our clients. More significantly, we are looking for:
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, in order to efficiently understand, model and implement complex and
changing requirements
• Relevant experience in back end and/or front end development and programming using the most recent languages/
frameworks. We currently highly value advanced skills in JavaScript, Node.js and AngularJS and/or mobile development
using HTML5/JS technologies (e.g., Ionic framework)
• Excellent knowledge of at least one, and working knowledge of all the three major operating systems
• Willing to learn, solution oriented, organised and flexible
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills in English and French, including document editing and oral presentation
