INTRODUCTION
À la demande de Me Nicole Dufour, avocate au Service de recherche et de législation,
une bibliographie sélective a été complétée sur l’adoption. Cette bibliographie servira dans le
cadre des réunions du Groupe de travail sur le régime d’adoption au Québec.
La bibliographie est divisée en deux parties, l’adoption et l’adoption des enfants
autochtones. Chaque partie débute par une liste de bibliographies et est subdivisée
géographiquement. La première partie sur l’adoption comprend également un volet
d’ouvrages généraux et/ou de droit comparé.
Cette bibliographie comprend une sélection de monographies, d’articles de périodiques
et de bibliographies traitant des aspects juridique, social et psychologique rédigés depuis 2000,
sauf quelques exceptions.
Afin de repérer l’information, des index de périodiques (Legaltrac, Index to Canadian
Legal Literature), des catalogues de bibliothèques (Barreau du Québec, Centre d’accès de
l’information juridique, Bibliothèque et Archives Canada) et des sites Web d’associations et de
gouvernements ont été consultés.
