D’ADMINISTRATION
The Minister, under section 59.1 of the Child and
Family Services Act and every enabling power, makes
the Boards of Management Delegation Order.
Le ministre, en vertu de l’article 59.1 de la Loi sur
les services à l’enfance et à la famille et de tout pouvoir
habilitant, prend l’Arrêté sur la délégation aux conseils
d’administration.
1. In these regulations, "Board of Management"
means a Board of Management established under the
Hospital Insurance and Health and Social Services
Administration Act.
1. Dans le présent règlement, «conseil
d’administration» s’entend d’un conseil
d’administration constitué en vertu de la Loi sur
l’assurance-hospitalisation et l’administration des
services de santé et des services sociaux.
2. Authority and responsibility for those matters set
out in the Schedule is delegated to those Boards of
Management set out in the Schedule.
2. L’autorité et la responsabilité pour toute question
visée à la présente annexe est déléguée aux conseils
d’administration visés à la présente annexe.
3. (1) The Director shall, on behalf of the Minister,
supervise the Boards of Management in respect of the
exercise of the authority and responsibility delegated
under section 2.
3. (1) Le directeur surveille, au nom du ministre, les
conseils d’administration dans l’exercice de leur
autorité et de leurs responsabilités déléguées en vertu
de l’article 2.
(2) The Boards of Management shall comply with
any direction by the Director given in the course of
supervision.
(2) Les conseils d’administration se conforment
avec toute instruction du directeur donnée dans le cadre
de son mandat de surveillance.
4. The Boards of Management Authorization Order,
established by regulation numbered R-067-98, is
repealed.
4. L’Arrêté sur l’autorisation des conseils
d’administration, pris par le règlement nº R-067-98, est
abrogé.
