Domino's couple cook up another top award 9th Aug 2013 6:00 AM Dominos Wyalla and East Toowoomba franchise owners Darren and Deb Ramm accept a Leadership Eagle Award. Contributed DOMINO'S franchisees Deb and Darren Ramm are on an award-winning roll after taking out another top company prize. The multinational pizza chain has recognised Mr and Mrs Ramm's efforts at their Wyalla and East Toowoomba stores with a Leadership Eagle Award at the Domino's Pizza Enterprises Rally. It comes after the Ramms last month travelled to the United Kingdom to receive a Gold Franny award at an exclusive London ceremony. The Leadership Eagle accolade identifies an outstanding contribution in leadership, operational success and furthering the overall success of Domino's Pizzas. Only a handful of awards are given out each year across Domino's 570 Australia and New Zealand stores. Domino's chief executive officer Don Meij said the Ramms had made a valuable contribution to the company over many years. "Deb and Darren have an infectious passion and drive for everything they do," Mr Meij said. "It's an attitude that can only lead to success. "They are very well respected in the franchisee community and definitely seen across the country as heroes by their peers. "I will always hold a soft spot for Deb and Darren, both who started their careers working for me when I was a franchisee in Toowoomba back in 1998 and since have gone from strength to strength."
