« Algo-Bot’s contest »
Article 1: Contest Host
Fishing Cactus, company registered under the corporate number BE.0899.986.685, and
located at 1, Avenue Guibal et Devillez, 7000 Mons, Belgium (hereafter « Host ») hosts a
contest, through computers and the Internet, called “Algo-Bot’s contest”.
Article 2: Contest Supports
The contest will commence on 7th of March at 9am and continue until the 21st of March
6pm, C.E.T. and will be announced on:
- Fishing Cactus Facebook page
- Facebook Ads
- Algo-Bot Facebook page
- Fishing Cactus social media such as Word press Blog, Tumblr, Twitter, Google+ and other
similar platforms.
- Indirect communication on various earned media
- www.grabthegames.com and GrabTheGames Facebook page
- www.smartoys.be Smartoys Facebook page
Article 3: Terms and conditions
This contest is open to any individual who aged 12 and above, with access to an Internetconnected computer or any connected devices, excluding employees of the Host and any
person or entity who has taken part, directly or indirectly, in the elaboration or the
management of the Contest. The participation to the contest by any under-age minor leaves
the Host assuming that he has obtained legal parental approval prior to. The Host holds the
right to demand the proof of that parental approval from any participating minor. The Host
also reserves the right to disqualify any participating minor in the absence of proper proof of
parental approval.
The organization grants the right to cancel the contest if it generates less than 2000 votes on
steam.
Article 4: Prizes
4.1: Definition of prizes and determination of winners

The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 6 weeks after communication of their
delivery address to Host.*
4.2: Specifications of prizes
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-replaceable.
The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing the present contest rules and
that value cannot be opposed.
Article 5: Allocation of winners
The contest is hosted at the following URL which can be accessed through Internetconnected computers.

The goal for contestants is to go to our Steam Greenlight Page, vote YES and leave a
comment on the page with the hashtag #coderules.
During 14 days, contestants will be able to participate to the contest and vote for the game.
Contestants can furthermore use the “share” functionalities on the site.
A random lottery will be performed to determine the winners. The winners will each
receive a message via their steam accounts, to which they will have to reply with their
shipping details.
There will be 3 ways to win this game:



31 x Random Gamers who enter this giveaway will have a chance to win Playstation 4
or 1 out of 30 Steam Games. Only one within the 31 will win the Playstation 4.
10 x Gamers with most Referrals will have a chance to win 1 out of 10 random Steam
Games.
10 x Random Gamers who shared and liked one of original announcement posts will
have a chance to win 1 out of 10 random Steam Games.
To be eligible for a prize in the contest « Algo-Bot » from 7th of March till 21st of March and
within the limit of the prizes lots, interested parties will have to go through the following
required steps :

5. Register/Sign in to Steam.
6. Vote Algo-Bot
7. Let a comment with #coderules
8. If contestant is picked as a winner: answer the message from Fishing Cactus with his
shipping address.
9. Receive his prize.
Article 6: Rules Acceptance
Entering the contest implies acceptance in full of the present rules.
No personal enquiry (via email or phone) will be answered about the interpretation or the
application of the rules, the terms and conditions, as well as the Contest mechanics.
Article 7: Limitation of liability
Host shall not be held liable for any problem arising from poor internet connection or
delivery problems with the won package, or any other problem outside of its scope of
control. If the winner’s supplied contact data are unusable or if the winner cannot be
identified, the Host shall not be responsible for additional research about his identity, and
his prize shall be deemed lost without compensation. In the event the winner doesn’t
retrieve his prize on time to comply with postal delivery schedules, it will be considered that
he purely and simply relinquished the right to his prize. He will not be allowed to claim back
his prize at a later stage. If winner voluntarily renounces his prize, Host will automatically be
granted back ownership of the prize, and the responsibility of the Host Company shall not be
engaged.
Article 9: Disqualification
Contestants allow verifications concerning their identity, their age, their address and their
email, within the scope of the contest. Any participation judged not compliant with the
present rules, shall be considered null and avoid.
The usage of robots or any similar automated process enabling to participate to the
contest in a mechanical manner is strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule will trigger the
definitive elimination of the author and/or user. Host may cancel the Game in part or in
full if any type of fraud is uncovered. In this event, Host reserves the right to not award the
fraudsters’ prizes and/or to sue the fraudsters in front of the competent courts of Law.
Article 11: Force majeure
Host shall not be held liable in the case of a force majeure or any event outside its realm of
control and that would incur the cancelation of the present contest, or its shortening, its
postponing, its modification or its suspension. Host reserves the right to extend the duration
of the contest, in which event a new deadline will be duly communicated.
Article 12: Liability of Goods
Host shall not be held liable for any malfunctioning or defect with the prizes, which are the
sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Host declines any liability with incidents or accidents that might occur to the winners while
enjoying or using their prizes.
Article 13: Utilization of names, addresses and images of the winners
Under reserve that under-age contestants have obtained the necessary parental approval,
Host can use for promotional purpose the names and photographs of the winners, without
conferring to them the right for financial compensation, outside of their prizes.
Article 14: Intellectual property and copyrights
In accordance with prevailing copyright and trademark laws, usage of intellectual property or
copyright-protected elements reproduced within the frame of the Game, in part or in full, is
strictly forbidden without express consent from the Host.
Article 15: Privacy Policy and personal data
The personal data transmitted by the winners will be added to a database for the
management needs of the Game and will be accessible by Fishing Cactus companies.

Article 1 : Société Organisatrice
La Société Fishing Cactus, enregistrée sous le numéro BE.0899.986.685, dont le siège social
se trouve 1/1, rue Descartes, 7000 Mons, Belgique (ci-après la « Société Organisatrice »)
organise un concours sur ordinateurs et par l’internet intitulé «Algo-Bot’s contest».
Article 2 : Supports du Jeu
Le Jeu se déroulera du 7 mars à 9h (am) au 21 mars 6h (pm) CET inclus et sera annoncé sur :
- La page Facebook Fishing Cactus
- Facebook Ads
- La page Facebook Algo-bot
- Les réseaux sociaux Fishing Cactus tels que Blog Wordpress, Twitter, Google+ et autres
plateformes similaires.
- Des communications indirectes sur différents site internet
- www.grabthegames.com et la page Facebook de GrabTheGames
- www.smartoys.be et la page Facebook de Smartoys
Article 3 : Conditions de participation
Le concours est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure ou mineure à partir de 13 ans (à
la date de participation au concours) avec autorisation parentale, disposant d’un ordinateur
et d’une connexion internet, à l’exclusion des membres du personnel de la Société
Organisatrice, ainsi que toute entité ayant participé directement ou indirectement à la
conception, l’organisation, la réalisation et/ou la gestion du concours.
Pour participer, le mineur doit obtenir l’autorisation préalable de l'un au moins de ses
représentants légaux, et avoir lu et accepté le présent règlement avec ces derniers. La
participation au Jeu de tout mineur fait présumer à la Société Organisatrice que le mineur a
obtenu l’autorisation écrite et préalable de l'un au moins de ses représentants légaux. La
Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander que soit rapportée la preuve de
l’autorisation de l'un au moins des représentants légaux du mineur. La Société Organisatrice
se réserve le droit d’annuler automatiquement la participation au concours du mineur en
l'absence de justification de cette autorisation.
L’organisation s’accorde le droit d’annuler le concours si celui-ci génère moins de 2000
votes sur steam.
Article 4 : Dotations

4.2 : Précisions sur les dotations
Les dotations sont non modifiables, non échangeables et non remboursables.
La valeur des dotations est déterminée au moment de la rédaction du présent règlement
et ne saurait faire l’objet d’une contestation quant à son évaluation.
Les présentes dotations ne peuvent faire l’objet d’une demande de contrepartie
financière, d’échange ou de reprise, pour quelque raison que se soit.
Article 5 : Modalités et détermination des gagnants
Le concours s’effectue à l’adresse URL ci-dessous, sur ordinateurs connectés à internet.

L’objectif pour les participants est d’aller sur notre page Greenlight, de voter oui et de
laisser un commentaire sur la page avec le Hashtag #coderules.
Durant 14 jours, tous les participants pourront voter pour le jeu. En plus de voter pour le jeu
les participants peuvent utiliser les fonctions de partage sur le site.
Un tirage au sort sera réalisé pour déterminer les gagnants. Les gagnants recevront chacun
un message via leur compte Steam auquel ils devront répondre en précisant les
coordonnées nécessaires pour l’envoi des prix.
Il y aura 3 façons de gagner ce jeu :
- 31 personnes ayant participé au concours seront tirées au sort et l’une d’entre elle
aura la chance de gagner une Playstation 4, les 30 autres gagneront un jeu Steam.
- les dix participants ayant amené le plus de personnes à participer au concours
gagnerons l’un des 10 jeux steam (sélectionnés aléatoirement).
- Dix participants ayant partagé et aimé le post d’origine gagneront l’un des dix jeux
steam (sélectionnés aléatoirement).

9. Recevoir sa dotation
Article 6 : Règlement
La participation au concours implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.
Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande (par courrier électronique ou par téléphone)
concernant l’interprétation ou l’application du règlement, concernant les modalités et
mécanismes du concours.
Article 7 : Limite de responsabilité
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de problèmes inhérents à la
connexion internet ou du mauvais acheminement du colis ou de tout autre problème qui ne
lui serait pas imputable et qui interviendrait pendant la durée du Jeu.
Si les coordonnées d’un gagnant sont inexploitables ou si le gagnant ne peut être identifié ni
par son nom, ni son adresse, ni par son adresse mail, il n’appartient pas à la Société
Organisatrice de faire des recherches complémentaires afin de retrouver le gagnant
indisponible, qui ne recevra ni sa dotation ni aucun dédommagement ou indemnité. Dans le
cas où le gagnant n’aurait pas rempli correctement le formulaire de participation ou n’aurait
pas retiré sa dotation pendant les délais impartis à la Poste, il serait considéré comme ayant
renoncé purement et simplement à sa dotation. La dotation ne sera pas attribuée et ne
pourra en aucun cas être réclamée ultérieurement. Elle restera la propriété de la Société
Organisatrice. En cas de renonciation expresse du gagnant à bénéficier de sa dotation, celleci sera conservée par la Société Organisatrice et pourra être utilisée dans le cadre d'une
opération ultérieure, si la nature de la dotation le permet, et sans que la responsabilité de la
Société Organisatrice ne puisse être engagée de ce fait.
Article 9 : Disqualification
Les participants autorisent toutes vérifications concernant leur identité, leur âge, leur
adresse et leur adresse email dans le cadre du Jeu. Toute participation non conforme au
présent règlement, incomplète ou avec des coordonnées erronées sera considérée comme
nulle.
L'utilisation de robots ou de tout autre procédé similaire permettant de participer au
concours de façon mécanique ou autre est proscrite, la violation de cette règle entraînant
l'élimination définitive de son auteur et/ou utilisateur. La Société Organisatrice pourra
annuler tout ou partie du concours s'il apparaît que des fraudes sont intervenues sous
quelque forme que ce soit, notamment de manière informatique ou du fait de la
participation sous l'identité d'un tiers dans le cadre de la participation au concours et/ou
de la détermination des gagnants. Elle se réserve, dans cette hypothèse, le droit de ne pas
attribuer les dotations aux fraudeurs et/ou de poursuivre devant les juridictions
compétentes les auteurs de ces fraudes.
Article 11 : Force majeure
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait encourir une quelconque responsabilité si, en cas de
force majeure ou d’évènements indépendants de sa volonté ou si les circonstances l’exigent,
elle était amenée à annuler le présent concours, à l’écourter, le proroger, le reporter, le
suspendre ou à en modifier les conditions, sa responsabilité ne pouvant être engagée de ce
fait. Elle se réserve, dans tous les cas, la possibilité de prolonger la période de participation
en établissant une nouvelle liste ou une liste additionnelle des « instants gagnants » qui
auront été fixés.
Article 12 : Exonération de responsabilité
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de tout défaut ou
dysfonctionnement des dotations qui relèvent de la seule responsabilité du fabricant.
La Société Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité pour tous les incidents ou accidents qui
pourraient survenir au(x) gagnant(s) pendant l’utilisation et/ou la jouissance des dotations.
Article 13 : Autorisation d’utilisation des noms, adresses et images des gagnants
Sous réserve d’avoir obtenu l’autorisation expresse du participant majeur ou du
représentant légal du participant mineur, la Société Organisatrice pourra utiliser à titre
publicitaire, les noms, adresse, et photographie des gagnants, sans que cela leur confère un
droit à rémunération, ou un avantage quelconque autre que la remise de leur dotation.
Article 14 : Droits de propriété intellectuelle et droits d’auteur
Conformément aux lois régissant les droits de propriété intellectuelle et le droit d’auteur,
l’utilisation de tout ou partie des éléments faisant l’objet d’un droit de propriété
intellectuelle ou protégé par le droit d’auteur, reproduits dans le cadre de ce concours est
strictement interdite, sauf autorisation expresse et préalable de la Société Organisatrice.
Article 15 : Protection des données personnelles
Les données personnelles transmises par les gagnants font l’objet d’un traitement
informatique pour les besoins de la gestion du concours et sont destinées à Fishing Cactus.

Artikel 1 Organisatie
De firma Fishing Cactus, met maatschappelijke zetel te 7000 Mons, Avenue Guibal et
Devillez 1, met ondernemingsnummer BE.0899.986.685.
Artikel 3 Algemeenheden
1. Bent u jonger dan 12, dan heeft u de toestemming nodig van uw wettelijke
vertegenwoordiger om te mogen deelnemen aan de wedstrijd.
2. De medewerkers en personeelsleden van Fishing Cactus en derden op wie Fishing Cactus
een beroep doet voor de organisatie van de wedstrijd mogen niet aan de wedstrijd
deelnemen.
3. Zijn eveneens van de wedstrijd uitgesloten, alle personen die er via een georganiseerd
samenwerkingsverband aan deelnemen, hetzij in het kader van de een of andere
juridische of feitelijke vereniging, hetzij door op enigerlei andere wijze samen te werken
om de winstkansen te vergroten, alsook de door Fishing Cactus van fraude verdachte
personen.
4. De organisatie heeft de recht om de wedstrijd te annuleren als het minder dans 2000
stemmen op Steam heeft.
Artikel 4 Hoe en wanneer deelnemen?
1. De wedstrijd is toegankelijk van 07/03/2014 tot en met 21/03/2014. Deelnemen aan
‘Algo-Bot’ kan uitsluitend online.
2. Deelnemen kan via de Steam Greenlight pagina of via de wedstrijdpagina Contest “AlgoBot” Facebook.

Als deelnemer uitgekozen wordt als winnaar: beantwoord de boodschap van
Fishing Cactus met zijn verzendadres.
9. Ontvangt zijn prijs
4. Uitsluitend op Facebook hebben de deelnemers de mogelijkheid een of meerdere
vrienden uit te nodigen voor de wedstrijd. De deelnemer krijgt dan nog een kans om te
winnen per vriend die door zijn aandeel gespeeld heeft.
5. Fishing Cactus behoudt zich het recht voor deelnames die de onderneming als frauduleus
beschouwt uit te sluiten of de deelnames te beperken tot slechts één geldige speelkans
per dag, zonder zich hiervoor te moeten verantwoorden en zonder enige mogelijkheid
tot beroep.
Artikel 5 Bepaling van de winnaars
1. De winnaars worden persoonlijk via Steam op de hoogte gebracht van de prijs die ze
gewonnen hebben. De lijst met winnaars wordt eveneens gepubliceerd op de
wedstrijdsite. De winnaars ontvangen hun prijs op het door hen opgegevenpostadres. De
verliezers worden niet op de hoogte gebracht van het feit dat ze geen prijs in de wacht
gesleept hebben.
2. Er zijn 3 manieren om in aanmerking te komen voor één van de prijzen:
Spelers die zich hebben aangemeld voor de actie maken kans op één van de volgende prijzen:

Spelers die de meeste nieuwe spelers hebben uitgenodigd ( vrienden die het spel hebben gespeeld
via een gedeelde link ) maken kans op één van de volgende prijzen:

Spelers die één van de originele posts hebben gedeeld of geliket maken kans op één van de volgende
prijzen:


3. Indien een winnaar zijn prijs niet binnen 3 maanden na afloop van de wedstrijd opgeëist
heeft en indien Fishing Cactus hierbij niets te verwijten valt, verliest deze winnaar het
recht op de prijs en zal deze eigendom blijven van Fishing Cactus.
4. Er zal op geen enkele vraag (schriftelijk noch telefonisch) met betrekking tot het
wedstrijdreglement en de resultaten ingegaan worden.
Artikel 6 Prijs:

De prijzen zullen uiterlijk 6 weken na het ontvangen van het afleveringsadres van de winnaar
afgeleverd worden bij de winnaar.
2. Alle prijzen zijn persoonlijk en dus niet overdraagbaar noch inwisselbaar in geld.
3. In geval van niet-aanvaarding van de prijs of van niet-toekenning van de prijs aan de
winnaars om andere redenen, komt de prijs opnieuw aan Fishing Cactus toe.
Artikel 7 Aansprakelijkheid en garantie
1. U erkent dat uw deelname aan de wedstrijd volledig op eigen risico is.
2. Indien u, in het kader van deze wedstrijd, gevraagd wordt een bijdrage te leveren, te
uploaden, te registeren of op enige andere wijze mee te delen, garandeert u dat deze
verzending / bijdrage geen inbreuk inhoudt op een recht (intellectuele eigendom) van
derden en geenszins onwettig is en vrijwaart u Fishing Cactus van ieder hieruit
voortvloeiend bezwaar van derden.
3. Fishing Cactus kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor enige rechtstreekse en/of
onrechtstreekse schade in verband met deze wedstrijd, met inbegrip van maar niet
beperkt tot:
 de uitgereikte prijzen;
 de wijziging, onderbreking of stopzetting van de wedstrijd en/of een wijziging in de
prijzen;
 ongeoorloofd gebruik van de systemen door een derde.
Artikel 8 Rechten van Fishing Cactus
1. Fishing Cactus behoudt zich op ieder moment het recht voor uw deelname aan de
wedstrijd op te schorten of op te zeggen indien u, op welke manier dan ook, handelt in
strijd met de voorliggende voorwaarden of met een toepasbare wettelijke bepaling, en
dit zonder u hiervan vooraf op de hoogte te brengen en zonder dat Fishing Cactus
hiervoor verantwoordelijk gehouden kan worden.
2. Fishing Cactus behoudt zich het recht voor de wedstrijd of een deel ervan in te korten,
uit te stellen, te wijzigen, over te dragen, uit te breiden of te annuleren, indien bepaalde
omstandigheden of het goede verloop van de wedstrijd dit zouden vereisen. Fishing
Cactus kan hiervoor niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden.
Artikel 9 Varia
1. De voorwaarden voor deze wedstrijd kunnen op ieder moment door Fishing Cactus
gewijzigd worden. We raden u dan ook aan ze regelmatig te raadplegen.
2. Onze gebruiksvoorwaarden en onze privacyverklaring zijn van toepassing op deze
wedstrijd.
