Das vorgenannte Referenzmaterial dient zur Überprüfung der Richtigkeit der photometrischen Gehaltsbestimmung von CSB. Mit diesem Referenzmaterial können sämtliche photometrische Methoden (Normen
und Testsätze) überprüft werden.
Der Gehalt der Lösung wird photometrisch auf eine CSB-Standardlösung aus Kaliumhydrogenphthalat
CertiPUR® Art. 1.02400 und das Standard Referenz Material SRM 84l von NIST rückgeführt. Das für die
Prüfung verwendete Photometer wird regelmäßig auf Richtigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit der Absorption
und der Wellenlänge überprüft. Dazu wird unter anderem der Spectroquant® PhotoCheck Art. Nr.
1.14693.0001 (rückführbar auf NIST SRM) verwendet.
Alle Waagen zur Herstellung und Prüfung der Standards werden regelmäßig mit Prüfgewichten kalibriert
und überwacht. Die Prüfgewichte sind auf Referenzstandards der PTB (Physikalisch Technische
Bundesanstalt, Braunschweig, Deutschland) rückgeführt und halten die Anforderungen der
Genauigkeitsklasse E2 nach der internationalen Empfehlung OIML R 111-1:2004 des OMIL (International
Organisation of Legal Metrology) ein. Die Herstellung, Prüfung und der Vertrieb des Referenzmaterials
erfüllen die Anforderungen der Qualitätsmanagement-Norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
Die Lagerung der Standardlösung soll bei +15°C bis +25°C erfolgen. Die Standardlösung ist original
verschlossen und bei richtiger Lagerung bis zu dem auf dem Chargenzertifikat angegebenen Zeitpunkt
haltbar.
The above-named reference material is used to check the accuracy of the photometric assay of COD. With
this reference material, all photometric methods (standards and test kits) can be checked.
The assay of the solution is photometrically traced to COD standard solution of potassium hydrogen
phthalate CertiPUR® Cat. No. 1.02400 and standard reference material SRM 84l from NIST. The
photometer used for the test is checked regularly for the accuracy and reproducibility of absorption and
wavelength. This is done using, among others, Spectroquant® PhotoCheck Cat. No. 1.14693.0001
(traceable to NIST SRM).
All balances used for producing and testing the standard are regularly calibrated and monitored with test
weights. The test weights are traced to reference standards of PTB (Physikalisch-Technische
Bundesanstalt – Federal Physical-Technical Institute – Braunschweig, Germany) and conform with the
requirements of accuracy class E2 according to the international recommendation OIML R 111-1:2004 of
OMIL (International Organization of Legal Metrology). The production, testing and marketing of the
reference material meet the requirements of quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
The standard solution should be stored at +15°C to +25°C. If stored properly in the sealed original container,
the standard solution is stable up to the date stated on the lot certificate.
El material de referencia mencionado en lo que antecede es utilizado para comprobar la exactitud de la
determinación fotométrica del contenido de DQO. Con este material de referencia se pueden comprobar
todos los métodos fotométricos (normas y kits de ensayo).
El contenido de la solución es trazado fotométricamente a una solución patrón de DQO de hidrogenoftalato potásico CertiPUR® Art. 1.02400 y al material estándar de referencia SRM 84l de NIST. El
fotómetro utilizado para la comprobación es sometido con regularidad a un control de la exactitud y la
reproducibilidad de la absorción y de la longitud de ondas. Para este fin se utiliza, entre otros dispositivos,
el Spectroquant® PhotoCheck Art. N° 1.14693.0001 (trazable a NIST SRM).
Todas las balanzas para la elaboración y comprobación de los patrones son sometidas con regularidad a
controles y calibraciones con pesas de comprobación. Las pesas de comprobación se basan en
estándares de referencia de la PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt [Instituto Federal de
Metrología], Braunschweig, Alemania) y cumplen los requisitos de la clase de precisión E2 según la
recomendación internacional OIML R 111-1:2004 de la OIML (International Organisation of Legal
Metrology). La elaboración, comprobación y distribución del material de referencia cumplen los requisitos
de la norma de gestión de la calidad DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
El almacenamiento de la solución patrón debe realizarse entre +15°C y +25°C. En estado original cerrado y
almacenada correctamente, la solución patrón puede ser utilizada hasta la fecha de caducidad indicada en
el certificado de lote.
