1) Couper le tube ‡ 90∫ par rapport ‡ son axe ‡ l'aide de la
sectionneuse de tubes (dessin 1) et enlever les Èventuelles bavures.
1) cortar a 90∞ la extremidad de la manguera (fig.1) y eliminar
eventuales rebabas
2) DÈvisser de 3 ‡ 4 tours l'Ècrou du raccord et s'assurer que
le joint et la douille de butÈe sont dans la position montrÈe
dans le (dessin 2).
2) aflojar 3-4 vueltas la rosca y asegurarse que la junta y el
distancial estÈn en la posiciÛn evidenciada en la (fig.2)
1) Tagliare a squadra l'estremit‡ del tubo da collegare (fig.1) ed
eliminare le eventuali bave.
1) Cut at 90∞ the pipe extremity to be connected (fig.1) and

2) Svitare la ghiera del raccordo di 3-4 giri ed assicurarsi che l'OR 2) Unscrew the ring nut of 3-4 turns and make sure that the OR

4) Avvitare la ghiera stringendola fino in fondo (fig.4)
con l'aiuto di una chiave a nastro o a catena

3) InsÈrer le tube dans le raccord jusqu'aux 3 nervures prÈsentes
dans la paroi intÈrieure du corps (dessin 3).
4) Serrer l'Ècrou ‡ l'aide d'une clÈ ‡ band/chaÓne jusqu'au bout du
filetage (dessin 4).
3) introducir la manguera en el racord hasta alcanzar las tres
nervaduras presentes en la pared interior del cuerpo (fig.3)
4) apretar la rosca hasta el tope (fig.4) con la ayuda de una llave
de cinta o de cadena

2) InsÈrer dans l'ordre sur le bout du tube (B): Ècrou, douille de
butÈe, joint et corps du raccord (sans la bague de serrage)
2) Colocar en la manguera (B) manteniendo el siguiente orden:
rosca, distancial, junta y cuerpo del racord (sin anillo de apriete)
3) Screw the ring nut to permit the insertion of the O-ring into the

3) Visser l'Ècrou pour permettre l'introduction du joint jusqu'‡ ce
que le joint mÍme touche sa butÈe (C).
3) Apretar la rosca para permitir la introducciÛn de la junta hasta el
tope del cuerpo (C)
3) Avvitare la ghiera per permettere l'introduzione della
guarnizione fino alla battuta del corpo (C).
4) Svitare la ghiera, aprire l'anello di graffaggio e inserirlo nel
tubo, serrare nuovamente la ghiera a fondo con l'aiuto di una
chiave a nastro o a catena (D).
