Claudio Helmle is a consulting and a litigation lawyer in the life
science sector. He counsels clients particularly on health law (e.g.
approval of doctors and hospitals to practice and to work at the
expense of social health insurance) and on drug law (e.g. market
authorizations and licenses, reimbursement, drug advertising,
regulatory concerning medical devices).
Moreover he advises clients on the fields of torts and product
liability law, competition law, contract law, social security law,
general civil and administrative law as well as on the fields of
national and international civil procedure law.
