In an elevated position, towering above the urban development of Los Monteros, sits
this amazing luxury villa. Its exceptional position provides breathtaking and
unobstructed 330 degree views of the mountains and the Mediterranean coast and the
ocean. Though being high above the madding crowds, it is easily accessible and only
a 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beaches and the town of Marbella.
The tranquil and private villa very effectively combines the natural beauty and
peacefulness of the setting with contemporary functional furnishing and décor and
appliances. Spread over three floors, the artistic entrance lobby leads into the dining
and living areas with their spectacular sea views, and the fully fitted kitchen and utility
area.
With six bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests. One
bedroom suite is on the entrance level. Three, including the master suite with its
private terrace, are on the top floor. The en suite bathrooms are modern and contain
either a large shower or a bath tub. The final two bedrooms are on the lower level and
one of these can easily house four guests. The residence provides satellite TV and
WiFi.
The terraced garden area contains a large infinity swimming pool reflecting the blue of
the Spanish sky and runs over into the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
