The sea side villa for rent is situated on the crest of Lurin, St
Barts hillside with panoramic views over the bay of St. Jean and
the Caribbean Sea. Most locations in the vicinity of Lurin enjoy
lovely sea views with spectacular sunsets, and they are only a
five-minute drive from Gustavia by the convenient back road
into town. In the summer months you can watch the sun go
down, while enjoying a sun downer on the deck of this private
St Barth villa. The hills offer views over Shell Beach, the
harbour, St. Maarten far away and even the bay of St. Jean.
The beach at Gouverneur is just a short drive away and the
professional gym nearby is an added bonus.
Entering the villa, you step into a place of old-worldly charm with a mixture of exotic
woods, terracotta tiles, stylish furnishings and high quality functionality. The living area
consists of lounges with comfortable furniture, flat screen television and ceiling fans to
cool you down. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped.
There are three double bedrooms with dramatic interiors, en suite bathrooms, ceiling
fans and flat screen television. The fourth bedroom consists of a bunk bed, ideal for
children, and an additional double bed up in the loft. It has an en suite bathroom, the
cool balming of a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV for entertainment. A total of ten
guests can be accommodated.
Various terraces, with comfortable seating and dining areas and views on the colourful
tropical gardens, are arranged in front of the bedrooms. The aquamarine water of the
swimming pool reflects the clear blue of the Caribbean sky and complements the
azure blue of the ocean.
