Glas/Glass
Glas ist ein wunderbarer natürlicher Rohstoff, immer schon exklusiv, zeitlos
und so vielfältig zu formen, zu gestalten. Durch seine fließenden Formen,
weitgehend uneingeschränkte Farbgebung, auch grafische Gestaltung,
die strukturierten, satinierten Oberflächen, hohe Stabilität und Stoßfestigkeit, Dauerhaftigkeit ist Glas auch im Sanitärbereich als Waschbecken das
elegante Designelement. Modernste Produktionsmaschinen und -abläufe
ermöglichen heute im Detail automatisierte und sicher kontrollierte Fertigungsprozesse mit niedrigeren, konsumigeren Kostenstrukturen.
Alle abgebildeten Designs sind lieferbar in satinierter oder glänzender
Ausführung, in vielen verschiedenen Farben angelehnt an die Pantone
Farbpalette oder auch dekorativ gestaltet.
Materialstärken je nach Absprache 12 oder 15mm.

Glass is a wonderful, natural raw material that has always been exclusive
and timeless and allowed diverse designs and use. Glass is also the elegant design element in the sanitary area as a basin because of its flowing
shapes, largely unlimited colouring and design, the textured, satin-finish
surfaces, high stability and impact resistance and durability.
Today, modern production machines and processes allow automated
and reliably-controlled manufacturing processes with lower and more
consumer-friendly cost structures.
All mapped designs are deliverable in matt and glossy finish, in many
different colours according to the Pantone colour palette or also in
decorative design.
Material thickness according to prior agreement in 12 or 15mm.

Mineralguss/Cast Mineral
Mineralguss Waschtische sind in Formen ausgebildete Industrieprodukte.
Die Grundbasis ist ein Werkstoffgemisch aus natürlichem Mineralpulver (Kalziumcarbonat,
Quarzkies, Gesteinsmehl), gebunden mit hochwertigen Kunstharzen wie z.B. Polyester.
Die Oberfläche bildet eine bis 1 mm dicke Kunstharzschicht (Gelcoat).
Die Fläche ist porendicht, glatt, griffwarm, mit hohen Gebrauchswerten.
Cast mineral basins are industrial products produced in casts.
The basis is a material mix of natural mineral powder (calcium carbonate, quartz gravel,
mineral powder) that is mixed and bonded with high-quality synthetic resins, e.g. polyester.
The surface finish is an up to 1 mm thick synthetic resin coat (gel coat).
The surface is closed-pore, smooth, warm to touch and has a high practical value.

Ein hochwertiger Vollkunststoff durch und durch auf Basis Aluminiumhydroxid aus Bauxit gewonnen und
gebunden mit Polyacrylaten bzw. auch Polyesterharz, transparent. Hohe Dichte und sehr geschlossene Oberfläche,
sehr resistent gegen Chemikalien und auch verdünnte Säuren, gut bearbeitbar mit Holzbearbeitungswerkzeugen
wie fräsen, schneiden, lässt sich polieren, mattieren, dreidimensional thermisch verformen.
A high-grade solid plastic completely on basis of aluminium hydroxid extracted from bauxite and bonded with
polyaxcrylates or transparent polyester resin. High density and very compact surface, resistant against chemicals as
well as dilute acid, well workable cutting, milling by wood working tools. Suitable for polishing, matting and threedimensional thermic shaping.

Keramik/Ceramic
Für hohe, dauerhafte Belastungen im Sanitärbereich gibt es nichts Besseres als die über Jahrzehnte bewährte
Sanitärkeramik. Sanitärkeramik ist besonders langlebig in Glanz, Farbe und Beständigkeit aufgrund ihrer besonderen
Härte in der Basiskonstruktion und der eingebrannten Glasur.
Die Oberfläche auf Basis der natürlichen mineralischen Glasrohstoffe wie Quarz, Feldspat wird bei über 1200° aufgeschmolzen zu einer geschlossenen, homogenen, harten und dauerhaften Einheit. Keramik ist beständig gegen
Kosmetik, Haarfärbemittel, selbst gegen aggressive Reinigungsmittel bis hin zu Salzsäure. Keramik ist hygienisch
und besonders pflegeleicht.
For high, permanent wear-resistance in the sanitary area, there is nothing better than sanitary ceramic that has been
proven over decades.Sanitary ceramic is very durable in gloss, colour and resistance because of great hardness in
the base construction and the baked glaze. The surface on the basis of natural mineral glass raw materials, like quartz
and feldspar, is melted at more than 1200° to produce a sealed, homogenous, hard and durable unit. Ceramic is resistant to cosmetics, hair dyes, aggressive cleaners and even hydrochloric acid. Ceramic is hygienic, easy-clean and
easy-care.

Unsere Griff-Systeme in hohem Qualitätsstandard sind überwiegend entwickelt als Endlos–Systeme.
Das Basisdesign ist so konstruiert, dass unendlich viele Längen in gerade, gebogen, konkav, konvex,
und in vielen Lochabständen praktikabel sind. Dies erlaubt dem Designer, Griffe noch stärker als Designelement einzusetzen und bei sehr geringen Formkosten einmal für alle Varianten.
Die möglichen Details im Design stimmen wir mit den Interessenten ab.
Die Modelle haben dann auch Kundenschutz.
Our handle systems have a high quality standard and are mainly designed as Endless Systems.
The basic design allows an unlimited number of lengths in straight, bent, concave or convex shape,
with many different hole spacing distances. This allows the designer greater freedom in placing handles
as design elements – with very low casting costs for all versions. We can agree the possible design details
with the potential customers.
The models can then also have customer protection.
