Curriculum 'Train the Trainer' Secondary school paedagogues Summary The ACT-WELLL! - Course is part of a cross-border EU-Project between Austria and Czech republic. It invites pedagogues from both countries for long-life learning in and from nature. The goal is to save, strengthen and widen their professional and personal authorities in relevant pedagogical, social, creative, didactic and methodical topics concerning conveying, presentation and game pedagogic. There are three phases forming 'Train the Trainer' - course: Basic Trainings – Theoretical introduction into fundamental principles and successful concepts of environmental education. Soft skills as a central theme to improve personal authorities in conveying. Facility Trainings – Theoretical introduction into pedagogical programs and settings placed in different facilities in Vienna, Brno and Chaloupky. Special Trainings – Theoretical and practical extension into pedagogical processes to strengthen and widen professional and personal authorities. After finishing the 'Train the Trainer'-course successfully, participants are authorizised to take over the leadership of pedagogic workshops in the ACT WELLL! program 'Best Practice'.
