Curriculum
'Train the Trainer'
Secondary school paedagogues
Summary
The ACT-WELLL! - Course is part of a cross-border EU-Project between Austria
and Czech republic. It invites pedagogues from both countries for long-life learning
in and from nature.
The goal is to save, strengthen and widen their professional and personal authorities
in relevant pedagogical, social, creative, didactic and methodical topics concerning
conveying, presentation and game pedagogic.
There are three phases forming 'Train the Trainer' - course:
Basic Trainings – Theoretical introduction into fundamental principles
and successful concepts of environmental education. Soft skills as a central theme
to improve personal authorities in conveying.
Facility Trainings – Theoretical introduction into pedagogical programs and settings
placed in different facilities in Vienna, Brno and Chaloupky.
Special Trainings – Theoretical and practical extension into pedagogical processes
to strengthen and widen professional and personal authorities.
After finishing the 'Train the Trainer'-course successfully, participants are authorizised
to take over the leadership of pedagogic workshops in the ACT WELLL! program 'Best
Practice'.
A requirement of successful conclusion of 'Train the Trainer'-course
and to get the entitlement for leading workshops in 'Best Practice'-Program
is a continuous attendance of all trainings.
