with biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG.
At the centre of the partnership is forex trading (currency trading), which biw AG is adding to its current range of
services. It will now operate as a full-service bank offering its clients, acquired through participating online
brokers, the option of engaging in foreign exchange transactions. The move is aimed at investors particularly
active in the trading segment. biw AG has over a hundred thousand online brokerage clients who conclude well
over four million trades a year. This makes biw AG one of the fastest-growing online brokerage companies
anywhere in Germany.
The partner coordinating forex transactions for the client is Varengold Wertpapierhandelsbank. Varengold is
providing the innovative trading platform, processing all trades and taking on risk management responsibility.

trades concluded by biw AG clients. Both partners believe this offers considerable potential, potential which
should be reflected in turnover and profit figures as early as the first six months of 2011.
