Juliane Wolf got in touch with vinyl for
the first time through a DJ workshop at
Club Kassablanca in Jena. After a few
years of touring the club scene with her
record case as a DJ, Juliane went on to
dive deeply into the world of music production. So far, this has led to a remix
for Robert Babicz on his label Babiczstyle and own releases on Shaker Plates
and Norobot Music.
After living in Kiel and Cologne for two
years, Juliane has now arrived in Berlin
where she works on rew releases and a
live set, combining analogue and digital
elements.
In her monthly radio show 303 Hugs on
Digitally Imported she presents new acid
house releases and artists. Collabs with
other artists are also an important part
of Juliane‘s life as a musician. This
was shown recently in a coop with the
Frankfurt-based producer M.in on his album The Year Of The Ape.
No matter if acid or ambient, live performance or DJ set, analogue or digital
- all musical varieties are interesting

Durch einen DJ-Workshop im Club Kassablanca in Jena kam die gebürtige Thüringerin Juliane Wolf das erste Mal mit
Vinyl in Berührung. Es folgten einige
Jahre, in denen Juliane damals noch als
Ayana Blume mit ihrem Plattenkoffer die
Clublandschaft erkundete. Viele durchtanzte Nächte später begab sich Juliane
schließlich ins Studio, um sich dem Produzieren zu widmen. Dort entdeckte sie
die Liebe zu analogen Klängen der TB-303
und TR-808. Es folgte ein Remix für Robert Babicz auf seinem Label Babiczstyle
sowie eigene Veröffentlichungen auf Shaker Plates und Norobot Music.
Nach Stopps in Kiel und Köln ist Juliane nun wohnhaft in Berlin geworden
und arbeitet an weiteren Releases sowie
an einem Live-Set, in dem sie analoge
und digitale Elemente miteinander verbindet. In ihrer monatlichen Radioshow
303 Hugs auf Digitally Imported stellt
sie außerdem neue Releases und Künstler
vor und widmet sich dort besonders ihrer
Leidenschaft zum Acid-Sound. Kooperationen sind für Juliane auch ein wichtiger
Teil ihres Musikerlebens, was sich

for Juliane as she is a colourful and
open-minded artist who re-invents herself again and again and whose love for
music is still growing on and on which
will be audible in her coming releases.
With the label Polynom Records she found
a new musical home that she already appreciates since she took her first steps
as a producer.

oder DJ Set, analog oder digital - alle
musikalischen Spielarten sind für Juliane interessant, denn sie ist eine
vielfältige und offene Künstlerin, die
sich immer wieder neu entdeckt und deren
Liebe zur Musik immer weiter anwächst,
was sie auch in ihren kommenden Releases
zeigen wird.
