The twenty-four students are separated in three groups of eight (Group I, II, and III) for the practical training divided in modules.

The official language of the School is English
Welcome of the Participants and Social Activities
Most of the cheap charter flights are scheduled to arrive in Lanzarote either on Saturday or Sunday. A full week stay is generally required to get a
cheap ticket. If any problem occurs, please, contact the organizers for assistance.
All participants have to be present from Monday morning up to Friday evening.
All participants will be welcomed at the airport either on Saturday 22 or on Sunday 23.
For participants arriving on Saturday 22 and leaving on Saturday 29, a sightseeing will be organized on Sunday 23
For participants arriving on Sunday 23 and leaving on Sunday 30, a similar sightseeing will be organized on Saturday 29
All participants will be driven back to the airport either on Saturday 29 or Sunday 30.

Ainsi qu’il est indiqué dans l’annonce en ligne de l’Ecole d’Eté, l’inscription est
strictement limitée à 24 étudiants.
Pour vous inscrire, vous devez remplir le formulaire suivant et le transmettre dès
que possible aux organisateurs, par Email à [email protected] (document
scanné) ou par Fax au +33 5 61 30 98. La confirmation par voie postale est
exigée à l’aide du document original signé. La date limite pour les inscriptions est
fixée au 15 Mai. Elles seront exclusivement traitées par le BGI.
Après examen des dossiers par les organisateurs les candidats sélection-nés
seront contactés par Email au plus tard le 31 Mai. Les candidats non sélectionnés
seront placés en liste d’attente par ordre de priorité et notifiés.
Après avoir reçu la notification de leur participation à l’Ecole d’été, les candidats
retenus devront retourner au BGI avant le 30 juin un avis de virement bancaire ou
une lettre de commande de la part de leur organisme de tutelle. A cette date
nous aurons aussi absolument besoin d’une attestation d’assurance de
responsabilité civile et santé couvrant les risques liés à la participation à l’école. A
défaut, une personne en liste d’attente sera substituée (sa confirmation immédiate
sera alors requise). Une lettre de confirmation sera émise à réception du paiement
ou du certificat de paiement.
Les coordonnées bancaires du BGI seront transmises avec la lettre
d’acceptation. Le montant des droits de participation s’élève à 600 Euros pour les
participants universitaires ou assimilés et à 1000 Euros pour ceux provenant de
sociétés privées. Cette somme couvre le gîte et le couvert pour six nuits/sept jours,
le transport sur place et les navettes d’aéroport. Les déplacements aériens ou
maritimes vers Lanzarote ou depuis Lanzarote ne sont pas inclus. En raison du
faible coût d’inscription l’Ecole ne pourra aider financièrement les participants.
Pour toute autre requête ou prolongation de séjour veuillez contacter directement
le BGI.
Il est de la seule responsabilité du demandeur de vérifier la validité du visa pour
l’archipel des Canaries auprès des autorités espagnoles. Les organisateurs
fourniront des lettre d’invitation sur demande.
