Rental conditions
1.
The tenant said he saw the rented cottage to have found it in perfect condition and declares to be satisfied;
2.
The tenant is responsible for the rented cottage and its contents. In addition, it assumes the full responsibility of
those to whom it provides access. Guests must pay the costs of launching and rentals. Occupants that the tenant
permits must conduct themselves so as not to disturb other residents of surrounding buildings in the normal
enjoyment of the premises;
3.
The tenant says rent the cottage for the purpose of pleasure or vacation;
4.
The tenant is responsible for all expenses, without any deductions, including the loss of service if they use leased
for purposes other than those mentioned above cabin;
5.
In any case, the landlord can not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the tenant as a result
of accidents, delays, expenses, injury, or death resulting from fortuitous events or force majeure beyond the
control of the landlord. The landlord will be subject to claims or court action with respect to such loss or damage;
6.
The landlord can not be held responsible for any interruption beyond its control of electricity and running water
services;
7.
The landlord is not responsible for damage, loss or theft in respect of personal property of the tenant and his
guests;
8.
The washing of linens, towels and bedding for a long term stay are borne by the lessee;
9.
Rental days are determined by the number of nights that the cottage is used.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable but transferable three (3) months if cancellation is made 30 days before arrival. Within
less than 30 days, no refund or transfer will be made;
No refund or credit note is provided in case of jolts of Mother Nature.

Payment of 30% deposit must be made at time of booking.
The tenant agrees to:
1.
When he left, leave the premises, cottage, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and
at their original location. A surcharge will be added to the tenant if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the
cottage is deemed satisfied when the inspection visit of departure;
2.
To wash and store the dishes used and dispose of garbage in the dumpster near the reception center;
3.
To hold no party inside the rented cottage that exceeds the capacity (4) of the cottage;
4.
To comply with this lease. Failure of the contract may result in costs that will be assessed at the discretion of the
landlord. Failure of the contract entitles the landlord to evict the tenant and his guests on the spot by terminating
this lease. In this case, the landlord will retain all monies paid to him and keep all recourse against the tenant if
the damage was caused to the leased premises;

To pay $ 25 if the keys are lost;
6.
Use furniture and objects furnishing the rented at which they are intended and in places where they are building
use. It is forbidden to carry out the cottage;
7.
To notify the landlord when the tenant is aware of a defect and / or failure of equipment, furniture cottage.

breakage or defects will be repaired or replaced entirely by the tenant.
8.

Do not smoke inside because the rented cottage is officially "non-smoking";
10. To allow access to the site at all times to the landlord to inspect the premises and to perform urgent and

11. Do not let animals of all species within or outside the leased premises. Animals are prohibited;
12. To do outside lights at locations designated by the landlord at the time of rental.
The landlord agrees to:
1.
To keep in force during the term of the lease, at least the minimum insurance required by law;
2.
To deliver the cottage in good condition, that is to say, clean and equipment in good working order;
3.
To notify the tenant if, for any reason, the landlord can not rent the cottage to the tenant for the agreed dates and
will: either give him valid for any other rental period of similar duration available in the deposit compensation
credit at the time of booking, or to refund the full deposit paid. No additional amount for damages or losses can
be claimed in any manner whatsoever to the landlord.
