The minimum rental period is one day. For the avoidance of doubt one days rental is 24 hours from pickup. Any Customers returning cars outside that time will be given 59 minutes grace, after
which they will be subject to an additional charge.

CDW: collision Damage Waiver
This option limits your financial liability for damage to the Hertz vehicle, its parts and accessories,
when the provided vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
In the event of damage to the car or any part of it occurring during the period of hire, the non waivable Excess will apply.
Super Collision Damage Waiver ( SCDW )
The purchase of SCDW in addition to CDW reduces the non-waivable Excess when the provided vehicle is used in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the rental agreement.
Collision Damage Waiver ( CDW ) & Super Collision Damage Waiver ( SCDW ) do NOT Cover:
a. Intentional damage or damage due to gross negligence on the part of the driver.
b. Damage resulting from the driver being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or sedatives, or in any other way incapable of driving the
vehicle in a safe manner.
c. Damage due to race or test driving.
d. Damage due to war, revolution, civil unrest and riots.
e. Damage done by animals.
f. Holes burned into seats, carpets, or mats.
g. Damage affecting only wheels, tires, suspension, batteries, glass, radios, or loss by theft of parts of the vehicle and damage resulting from this.
h. Damage caused by driving on rough roads to the vehicle's transmission, drive and other parts that are in or attached to the chassis; damage to the chassis
resulting from the vehicle scraping bottom on rough roads, e.g., ridges being left by road graders; stones lodged in the road surface or on the shoulder of the road.
The same applies to damage occurring when stones are thrown up, striking the underside of the vehicle during driving.
i. Damage resulting from driving in places where vehicle traffic is banned, such as on paths, tracks, banks of snow, ice, unbridged rivers or streams,
beaches, places only accessible at low tide, or other trackless areas.
j. Damage caused by sand, gravel, ash, pumice, or other kinds of earth material being blown onto the vehicle.
k. Damage and loss that the Lessor suffers if the vehicle is stolen.
l. Water damage to the vehicle.
Theft Protection (TP)
This option limits your financial liability for loss or theft of the Hertz vehicle, its parts and accessories, when the provided vehicle is used conditions
in accordance with the terms and of the rental agreement.
In the event of damage to the car or any part of it occurring during the period of hire, the non waivable Excess will apply.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
This coverage applied in case of dismemberment, injury or death resulting from an accident
100.000 Dh for each passenger, including the driver.
10.000 Dh for medical expenses.
