Hinweise zur Reservierung
Die Reservierung ist erst gültig nach Erhalt der Anzahlung und/oder des
Gesamtbetrages und diesbezüglicher Bestӓtigung von Seiten der Direktion.
Nachdem die Direktion die Reservierung akzeptiert hat, wird die Anzahlung
und/oder der Gesamtbetrag von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgebucht. Im Falle einer
Banküberweisung gilt die Buchung erst nach Eingang derselben als
bestӓtigt.
Folgende Nachlӓsse und Rabatte können im Falle einer Reservierung nicht
in Anspruch genommen werden: ACSI- und ADAC-Karte, CKE, CCI etc.
Nichterscheinen und Stornierung durch den Kunden
Bei Nichterscheinen oder Stornierung (ausschliesslich mittels schriftlicher
Benachrichtigung) wird die Anzahlung und/oder der Gesamtbetrag nicht
zurückerstattet, die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, die Unterkunft am
selben Tag erneut zu vergeben.
Die geleistete Anzahlung und/oder Gesamtbetrag sind nicht rückzahlbar.
Änderung der Reservierung durch den Kunden
- Für den Kunden ist es nicht möglich, am gebuchten Anreisetag zu
erscheinen: Kontaktieren Sie den Campingplatz, um die ausgewählte
Unterkunft bis 10.00 Uhr am nächsten Tag freizuhalten.
- Änderung der Buchung: Je nach Verfügbarkeit der gewӓhlten Unterkunft ist
es möglich, die Buchung zu ӓndern. Die Änderung muss von der Direktion
bestӓtigt werden.
- Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei vorzeitiger Abreise ist der Kunde verpflichtet, den
gesamten gebuchten Zeitraum zu bezahlen.
Aus organisatorischen Gründen behält sich die Direktion das Recht vor, die
zugeordnete Unterkunft zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung (Stellplatz/Wohneinheit)
im Nachhinein zu ändern.

Check-in: Von 7.30 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr
Check-out: Von 07.30 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr
Village:
Check-in: Von 16.00 bis 22.00 Uhr
Check-out: Von 7.30 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr
