Raccordi formati a settori in PE80, PE100, PEAD CORRUGATO, PE SPIRALATO, realizzati mediante saldatura testa/testa, in stabilimento con apposite
macchine saldatrici a norma UNI 10565.
Le saldature sono tutte eseguite da personale patentato secondo UNI 9737, ed in regime di controllo della qualità ISO 9000.
Campi d’impiego:
TUBO PE80 E PE100 LISCIO:
Acquedotti, gasdotti, fognature, antincendio, irrigazione, industria.
TUBO PE CORRUGATO E SPIRALATO: Condotte fognarie a gravità.
Raccords moulés à secteurs en PE80, PE100, PEHD ANNELE , PE SPIRALE , réalisés avec moulage bout à bout, dans l’usine avec machines spéciales
pour le moulage et elles sont aux termes de la loi UNI 10565.
Les soudages sont toutes effectuées par des personnels qui est brevetés selon UNI 9737 et selon le régime de contrôle de la qualité ISO 9000.

Conduites de l’eau, conduites de gaz, égouts, anti-incendie, irrigation, industrie.
Conduites d’égouts à gravité.
Segmented fittings in PE80, PE100, PEHD CORUGATED, PE spiralled pipe, are manufactured by using buttwelding machines and made in factory
with appropriate welding machines in accordance with UNI 10565.
All the welding operations are carried out by staff, which is licensed in accordance with UNI 9737, and by following the quality control ISO
9000.
Fields of application:
PE 80 pipe and flat PE 100:
PE corrugated and spiralled pipe:
For Water and Gas pipelines, Sewerages, Fire preventions, Irrigation, Industry.
For sewerage pipes.
Die gestanzten Verbindungen in PE 80, PE 100, PEAD flexibel, PE spiralförmig werden in der Fabrik mit entsprechenden Kopf/Kopf Schweißgeräten
der Norm UNI 10565 hergestellt.
Die Schweißnähte werden laut UNI 9737 vom Fachpersonal durchgeführt und der Qualitätskontrolle ISO 9000 unterzogen.
Einsatzbereiche:
Glattes Rohr PE 80 und PE100:
PE Flex- und Spiralrohre:
Wasserleitungen, Gasleitungen, Abwasserleitung, Brandschutz, Bewässerung
Abwasserleitungen.
Accesorios manipulados en PE80, PE100, PEAD FRUNCIDO, PE ESPIRALADO, realizados con saldadura a topa, en fàbrica con maquinarias saldadoras specifica conforme a la ley UNI 10 565.
Las saldaduras han sido ejecutado de personal licenciado segùn la ley ISO 9000.

Acueductos, gasductos, cloacas, antincendio, irrigaciòn,industria.

Nuova linea di Raccordi di transizione polietilene-acciaio, realizzati secondo la norma UNI9736 prodotti interamente da Futura.
Principali caratteristiche:
• Cannotto in acciaio realizzato con tubi a norma UNI8863, zincati internamente e rivestiti esternamente con calza a triplo strato di polietilene,
estremità filettata maschio o a saldare.
• Tronchetto in polietilene PE100 SDR11 a norma UNI10910 idoneo al collegamento per tubi per acqua PN16 e per gas S5.
• Boccola esterna di rinforzo in acciaio elettrozincato.
Tutti i raccordi sono prodotti in regime di controllo della qualità ISO9000.
La nouvelle ligne de Raccords de transition en polyéthylène- acier, qui sont réalisés selon la norme UNI 9736, sont produits entièrement par
FUTURA.
Caractéristiques principales:
• Fourreaux en acier réalisé avec des tuyaux à norme UNI 8863, ils sont galvanisés internement et revêtus à l’extérieur avec
un triple couches en polyéthylène, l’extrémité est taraudée male ou à souder.
• Pièce de tuyau en polyéthylène PE 100 SDR11 à norme UNI10910, elle est apte pour la connexion pour tuyaux pour eau
PN16 et pour gaz S5.
• Douille extérieure de renforce en acier électrogalvanisé.
Tous les raccords sont produits selon le régime de contrôle de la qualité ISO 9000.
It is a new line of transition polyethylene-steel fittings that is manufactured in accordance with UNI 9736 and produced entirely by Futura.
Main characteristics:
• Steel sleeve made with pipes that are produced in accordance with UNI 8863. These sleeves are zinced inside and coated
outside with a triple braiding layer in polyethylene. They have a threaded male or to weld extremity.
• Polyethylene PE100 SDR 11stub, produced in accordance with UNI 0910. It is appropriate for connection between water pipes
PN16 and gas pipes S5.
• External reinforcing bush in electro zinced steel.
All the fittings are produced in accordance with ISO9000.
Neue Linie der Übergangsverbindungen in Polyäthylen-Stahl, komplett von FUTURA nach der Norm UNI 9736 hergestellt.
Charakteristische Merkmale:
• Stahlrumpf mit Rohren nach der Norm UNI 8863 hergestellt, innen verzinkt und außen mit 3-facher Schicht aus Polyäthylen
verkleidet, am Ende mit Innengewinde oder zum Schweißen.
• Drahtzange in Polyäthylen PE 100 SDR11 nach der Norm UNI 10910 geeignet zur Verbindung von Wasserrohre PN 16 und

• Außenring zur Verstärkung aus elektroverzinktem Stahl.

Principali caratteristiche:
Corpo in polipropilene nero, ghiera in polipropilene blu, anello antisfilamento in poliacetale bianco, anelli di rinforzo in acciaio inox “AISI 340”,
guarnizioni in gomma nitrilica 75 shore (NBR).
Pressione nominale PN16 per tutti i raccordi fino al DE 63 mm., PN10 per tutte le prese a staffa e per i raccordi dal DE75 mm.
Raccordi conformi alla circolare 102 del 02/10/1978 del ministero della sanità e quindi idonei al convogliamento di fluidi alimentari.
A richiesta sono disponibili tutte le parti di ricambio.
Tutti i raccordi sono prodotti in regime di controllo della qualità ISO 9000.

Caractéristiques principales:
Le corps est en polypropylène noir, une bague en polypropylène bleu, un anneau antiglisse en polyacétal blanc; des anneaux de renforcement
en acier inox "ASI 340"; des joints en caoutchouc Pression nominale PN 16 pour tous les raccords jusqu’au DE 63 mm, PN 10 pour tous les colliers
de prise et pour les raccords à partir de DE75mm.
Les raccords sont en conformité au circulaire 102 émise le 02/10/1978 par le ministère de la santé et donc ils sont aptes pour la canalisation des
fluides alimentaires.
A la demande nous avons toutes les pièces de rechange.
Tous les raccords sont produits selon le régime de contrôle de la qualité ISO 9000.

They have a body in black polypropylene, a blue polypropylene ring nut, an unthreaded ring in white poly acetal, reinforcing rings in inox steel
”AISI340”, gaskets in rubber nitrile75 shore (NBR).
The nominal pressure PN 16 is for all the fittings until the DE63 mm, the PN 10 is for all the camps saddle and for all the fittings from DE75 mm.

Juntas conforme a la circular 102 de 02/10/1978 del Ministerio de la sanidad y por eso puede ser utilizado tambien con los alimentos.
Partes de recambio a pedida.
Todas las juntas son productos en regimen de contròl de la qualidad ISO 9000.

Il est un collier avec un tendeur pour une réparation rapide des petites fuites dans les tuyauteries de chaque matériel.
Fonte sphéroïdale GS. 600-3 UNI 4544. Il a une protection superficielle avec zincage.
C’est un support de serrage de la garniture d’étanchéité. Il a une tôle d’acier INOX AISI 304 UNI X 5 CrNi 1810.
C’est un secteur de gomme avec une surface de contact carré. Gomme nitrile NBR, dureté 60 shore en conformité avec la norme du D.M.
émise le 11/03/75 suppl. ord. G.U.104 émise le 20p/04/73 et la successive circulaire ministérielle n.102 émise le 02/12/78.

Si vous avez la nécessité nous pouvons fournir des mesures spéciales et vernissage époxydique appliquée à poudre en four avec
une épaisseur de 150 microns. En considérant le domaine d’application qui est très vaste, il n’est pas possible faire des spécifiques
de tenue. Ce type de collier n’est pas apte pour les réparations des conduites d’eau qui sont supérieurs au 50°C.

Caratteristiche generali del collare di riparazione T3 con tenuta sulla intera circonferenza della tubazione.
IMPIEGO:
Riparazione di tubazioni parzialmente o completamente rotte in alternativa ai sistemi classici di riparazione con
sostituzione della barra, o di parte, con applicazione di giunti non apribili sulla circonferenza.
GIUNZIONE:
Di tubazioni di pari diametro (esterno) in alternativa di emergenza ai giunti non apribili con doppia
guarnizione toroidale, ecc. Non è prevista nessuna tenuta allo sfilamento.
PRESSIONE:
Di tenuta idraulica riferita alle seguenti condizioni:
•
Superficie di applicazione rugosa come tubazione in ghisa;
•
Tronchi della tubazione da unire allineati e di pari diametro non discosti più 12 mm;
•
Lunghezza di tubazione interessata 35% della larghezza del collare impiegato;
•
Serraggio dei bulloni della morsettiera: ˜ 7 Kg/m.
Poiché le misure dei collari coprono una fascia di diametri con totale continuità ed inoltre lo scarto dei valori
delle prove è della stessa entità, nello stesso diametro, si è preferito esprimere con una curva continua i valori della
pressione in funzione del diametro dei collari.
NOTA:
La pressione indicata, relativa adun certo diametro è la minima delle pressioni riscontrate nelle prove effettuate
su 5 campioni di collari dello stesso diametro: si può quindi assumere come valore di relativa sicurezza in
considerazione dell’indirizzo di applicazione, cioé quale elemento di riparazione, che quindi esula dai normali
criteri con i quali si effettua la progettazione. I valori debbono essere moltiplicati per 2/3 per confrontarli con
i valori cosidetti “nominali”.
MORSETTO:
Elemento di aggancio della fascia di lamiera per il serraggio mediante bulloni. Ghisa GS 370/17 - UNI 4544.
Rivestimento in vernice epossidica applicata a polvere in forno spessore 150 micron.
FASCIA:
Supporto di serraggio della guarnizione di tenuta. Lamiera acciaio INOX AISI 304 UNI X 5 CrNi 1810.
PERNO DI RITENUTA PER BLOCCAGGIO LAMIERA-MORSETTO: Acciaio INOX AISI 304 UNI X 5 CrNi 1810.
GUARNIZIONE:
Fascia di gomma quadrettata sulla fascia a contatto con la tubazione, ad estremità rastremate con lamierino
coprigiunto incorporato vulcanizzato. Gomma

G.U. del 20/04/73 e successiva circolare ministeriale n. 102 del 02/12/78. Durezza 60 shore. Resistente

Vite TF parzialmente filettata con relativo dado UNI 5587. Acciaio classe resistenza 6S secondo UNI 3740 - 74.

Model "T3" - Trois tendeurs, avec un largueur de 200mm.
Caractéristiques généraux du collier de réparation T3 avec une tenue sur l’entière circonférence du tuyau.
USAGE:
Il est utilisé pour les réparations des tuyaux qui sont complètement ou partialement cassés, il est utilisé comme une alternative au
système classique de réparation avec la substitution de la barre ou d’une partie, effectuée avec l’application des joints qui ne
sont pas ouvrables sur la circonférence.
JONCTION:
De tuyaux avec un égal diamètre (externe) in alternative d’émergence aux joints qui ne sont pas ouvrables avec une double
garniture toroïdale, etc. il n’est pas prévu aucune tenue au déboîtage.
PRESSURE:
De la tenue hydraulique qui se réfère aux suivantes conditions:
•
Une surface d’application rugueuse, comme peut-être le tuyau en fonte ;
•
Quand les pièces du tuyau qui doivent être unies sont alignées et avec le même diamètre, elles ne doivent pas être éloignées plus de 12mm.
•
La longueur du tuyau utilisé est le 35% du largueur du collier utilisé.
•
Serrage des bullons de la plaque à bornes : ~ 7 Kg/m.
Puisque les mesures des colliers couvrent un group de diamètres avec une totale continuité et puis l’écart des résultats des épreuves est
de la même entité, dans le même diamètre, on a préféré exprimer avec une coudre continuelle les valeurs de la pression en fonction du
diamètre des colliers.
NOTE:
La pression indiquée, qui est relative à un certain diamètre, est la plus petite des pressions qui ont été relevées pendant les
épreuves effectuées avec 5 échantillons de colliers avec le même diamètre. On peut donc la prendre comme valeur de relative
sécurité en considérant le domaine d’application, c’est à dire comme un élément de réparation, cela est en dehors de normaux
critères avec lesquels on effectue l’élaboration du project. Les valeurs doivent être multipliées pour 2/3 pour les comparer avec
les valeurs " nominaux."
ETAU:
Il est un élément de liaison de la bande de lamier pour le serrage avec des bullons. Fonte GS 370/17 – UNI 4544. Il est revêtu

hydrocarbures gazeux UNI 9264. elle a une bande d’acier INOX AISI 303- UNI X 5 CrNl 1810
BULLONS DE FIXATION:
Vis TF qui est partiellement taraudée avec le relatif écrou UNI 5587. Il est fait avec de l’acier avec une classe de résistance 6, S. selon
UNI 3740-74. Traitement zincage.

PRESSURE:
Of hydraulic seal with reference to the following conditions:
•
Wrinkled application surface as a cast iron pipe;
•
Aligned sections or same diameter (not more than 12 mm.) of the pipe that have to join;
•
Fittings length concerned with is 35% of the collar width used;
•
Bolts clamping of the terminal board: -7kg/m.
The collars measures have a wide range of diameters with a total continuity and the difference of the tests is of the same entity. For these
reasons we preferred, in the same diameter, to express with a continuous curve the pressure values in function of the collars diameters.
NOTE:
The indicated measure, that is correspondent to a certain diameter, is the lowest of the pressures checked during the effecte
proves with 5 samples of collars that have the same diameter. According to this we can take as value of proportional security
by taking in consideration its application, that is to say what kind of repairing elements. They lie outside the normal criterions of
planning. These values have to be multiplied per 2/3 if you want to compare them to the “normal” ones.
HOLDFASTS:
It is a coupling element of the plate band used during the clamping with bolts. Cast iron GS370/17-UNI 4544. It has an epoxy
paint covering that is applied in oven with a thickness of 150 micron.
BAND:
clamping support of the gasket. It is in steel plate in INOX AISI 304 UNI X 5 CrNi 1810.

GASKET:
Checked rubber band on the band that is in contact with the pipe. It has the extremities tapered with a butt strap, incorporated
and vulcanised lamination (latten). Nitrile rubber NBR,(in accordance with D.M. of 11/03/75 suppl. ord. G.U. of 20/04/73
and the next ministerial circular number 102 of 02/12/78). It has a hardness of 60 shores. It is resisting to the gaseous
hydrocarbons UNI 9264. Steel plates INOX AISI 303-UNI X 5 CrNI 1810
CLAMPING BOLT:
Screw TF that is partly threaded with correspondent screw nut UNI 5587. It is in steel with a 6S class of resistance in accordance with
UNI 3740-74. It had a galvanising treatment.
NOTE:
On demand we can produce special measures.

EINSATZBEREICH:
Als Alternative zur klassischen Reparatur der teilweise oder komplett defekten Rohrleitung mit Ersatz der Stange oder – teilweise
durch Anwendung von nicht zu öffnenden Anschlüssen des Rohrleitungssystems
ANSCHLÜSSE:
Rohrleitungen mit gleichem Außendurchmesser als Notalternative, bei nicht zu öffnenden Anschlüssen mit doppelter torusförmiger
Dichtung, etc. Es ist keine abnehmbare Halterung vorgesehen.
DRUCK:
Der wasserdichte Verschluss bezieht sich auf folgende Voraussetzungen:
•
Anwendungen auf rostigen Oberflächen, wie Rohrleitungen aus Gusseisen;
•
Rohrleitungsteile zur geraden Verbindung mit gleichem Durchmesser, max Abweichung 12 mm;
•
Die Leitungslänge beträgt 35% der Breite der eingesetzten Schelle;
•
Schraubenspannung der Klemmleiste: ca. –7 kg/m.
Weil die Maße der Schellen eine Bandbreite an Kontinuität abdecken und außerdem die Auswertung der Proben von der gleichen Entität
und vom gleichen Durchmesser sind, hat man vorgezogen mit einer kontinuierlichen Kurve die Druckwerte in Funktion zum Durchmessers
der Schellen auszudrücken.
NOTIZEN:
Der angegebene Druck, bezüglich eines bestimmten Durchmessers, ist der Minimaldruck den man an 5 Schellenmustern des
gleichen Durchmessers verglichen hat: man kann in Erwägung des Anwendungsbereiches, einen relativen Sicherheitswert
annehmen, der fern der normalen Kriterien liegt, unter denen man die Planung ausführt. Die Werte müssen 2 zu 3 multipliziert
werden, um sie mit den sogenannten „normalen“ Werten zu vergleichen.

EMPLEO:
Reparaciòn de tuberia parcialmente o totalmente rotas en alternativa a los sistemas clasicos de reparacione con sostituciòn de
la barra o de una parte , con aplicaciòn de juntas no abrible sobre la circonferencia
JUNTURA:
De tuberia de igual diàmetro (externo) en alternativa de emergencia a los juntos no abribles con doble guarniciòn toroidale
ecc.. No es prevista ninguna capacidad de deshilamiento.
PRESSIÓN:
De capacidad idraulica referida a las siguentes condiciones:
•
Superficie rugosa coma caneria en fundiciòn;
•
Tramos de caneria para juntar alineados y de igula diametro no mas lejos de 12mm;
•
Largura de la caneria interesada 35% de la largura del colarìn utilizado;
•
Cerradura pernos del tornillo, ~ 7kg/m.
Ya que las medidas de los colarinos cubren una faja de diametro con total continuidad y ademas deshecho valores de las pruebas es de la
misma entidad, en el mismo diametro, se ha preferido expresar con una curva continua los valores de la presiòn en funciòn del deiametro de loas colarinos.
NOTA:
La presiòn senalada referente a un diametro es la minima de las expresiones verificada ne las pruebas efectuada sobre 5
muestras de colarìnos del mismo diametro: se puede pues asumir como un valore de corespondiente segurdad en consideraciòn
de la tendencia de aplicaciòn, o sea cual elemento de reparaciòn, que pues està fuera de los normales criterios con los cuales
se efectua la pryectaciòn. Los valores deben de ser moltiplicado para 2/3 para confrontarlos con los valores llamado “nominales”

metallo/metallo sulla sede in acciaio ricavata sul corpo. La valvola pu essere corredata di prolunga dell'albero di manovra e
relativo tubo di protezione, in modo da rinviarne il comando
all interno di un chiusino posto al livello del piano stradale.

I tronchetti vengono utilizzati per la realizzazione anche sotto
carico delle derivazioni di utenza sulle reti di distribuzione gas
in bassa e/o media pressione. Sull'estremità superiore del tronchetto infatti saldata una ghiera provvista di filettatura interna
per il tappo di chiusura e di filettatura esterna per l'applicazione
della macchina foratubi, corredata di adeguato dispositivo di
intercettazione. Le connessioni di entrata ed uscita sono a saldare
di testa ed ogni tronchetto completo di tappo di chiusura con OR
di tenuta. Modelli in esecuzione speciale o varianti alla versione
standard sono disponibili su richiesta.

I tronchetti vengono utilizzati per la realizzazione delle derivazioni di utenza sulle reti di distribuzioni gas in bassa pressione.
Sono costituiti da segmenti di tubo senza saldatura, saldati
a filo continuo ed hanno connessioni di entrata ed uscita a
saldare di testa.
Inoltre prevista una apposita sede filettata GAS femmina per
l'inserimento del tappo di chiusura, successivamente saldabile
al tronchetto stesso. Modelli in esecuzione speciale o varianti
alla versione standar sono disonibili su richiesta.

La macchina saldatrice testa/testa della linea “FUT” é conforme alla norma UNI 10565 e provvista di marchio CE é inoltre in grado di garantire:
• una perfetta coassialità dei tubi a mezzo delle ganasce;
• una preparazione ineccepibile delle estremità dei tubi/raccordi a mezzo della fresa;
• un perfetto controllo della pressione di saldatura e della temperatura del termoelemento;
• la conformità alle prescrizioni legislative antinfortunistiche.
Ogni macchina può saldare più diametri; in funzione delle dimensioni del tubo vengono inseriti nelle ganasce di base i corrispondenti anelli di
riduzione.
È costituita da un corpo base sul quale sono montate le ganasce fisse e mobili. Le parti mobili, mosse idraulicamente, scorrono su due guide.
La saldatrice é dotata di fresa spianatrice, termoelemento, centralina elettroidaulica con distributore e regolatore di pressione con manometro.
Il termoelemento é costruito in modo da garantire un’uniformità di temperatura su tutta la superficie.
Il controllo della temperatura é mantenuto da un termostato regolabile che garantisce una variazione massima di ± 2°C della temperatura
impostata.
Su tutti i modelli é posizionato sul termoelemento un termometro ad indice collegato tramite una sonda alla termopiastra.
Attenzione: secondo quanto previsto dalla norma UNI 10565 ogni due anni la saldatrice deve essere revisionata presso il costruttore o
un centro specializzato da egli autorizzato. CONTATTATECI!!!
La machine à souder bout à bout de la ligne "FUT" est en conformité ave UNI 10565 et elle a le marque CE; en plus elle peut garantir:
• Une parfaite coaxialité des tuyaux par des mâchoires;
• Une parfaite préparation des extrémités du tuyau/raccord par la fraise;
• Un parfait control de la pression du soudage et de la température du thermoélément;
• La conformité aux prescriptions législatives pour la prévention des accidents.
Chacune machine peuvent souder plusieurs diamètres, en fonction des dimensions du tuyau on met dans les mâchoires de base les correspondants
anneaux de réduction.La machine à souder est formée par un corps de base sur lequel les mâchoires, fixes ou mobiles, sont montées.
La machine à souder est dotée d’une fraise à surfacer, un thermoélément, un central électrohydraulique avec un distributeur et un régulateur avec un
manomètre.
Le thermoélément est fait dans une façon qui permet la garantie d’une uniformité de la température sur toute la surface. Le control de la température
est constante grâce à un thermostat réglable qui garantie une variation maxime de ±2°C de la température imposée.
Attention: selon la norme UNI 10565 tous les deux ans la machine à souder doit être révisée près le constructeur ou près d’un centre
spécialisé par lui autorisé. CONTACTEZ-NOUS!!!
The butt-welding machine of the “FUT” line is in accordance with UNI 10565 and it has the CE mark. In addition it can guarantee the following characteristics:
• A perfect concentricity of the pipes thanks to the jaws;
• An exemplary welding pressure control and a perfect thermo element temperature control;
• The conformity to the industrial injury legislation.
Every machine can weld more than one diameter. On function to the pipe dimensions the corresponding reduction rings are inserted in the base jaws.
A basic body on which there are set the mobile and fix jaws composes the butt-welding machine. The mobile parts are hydraulically moved and they
slide on two guides.
The butt-welding machine is provided with a facing cutter, a thermo element, and an electro hydraulic gear case with a pressure distributor and regulator
and with a pressure gauge.
The thermo element guarantees a uniformity of the temperature on the entire surface. The temperature control is preserved by an adjustable thermostat
that guarantees a variation of maximum of +-2 degrees from the fixed temperature.
All the models have a thermometer linked with a feeler to the thermo platen.
Attention: in accordance to the UNI 10565 the butt welding machine has to be revised every two years by the constructor or by a specialised centre authorised by the constructor. CONTACT US!!!
Das Kopf/Kopf Schweißgerät der Linie „FUT“ stimmt mit der Norm UNI 10565 überein, ist ausgestattet mit der Marke CE und garantiert folgendes:
• perfekte coaxiale Rohre mittels Rohrklemme;
• Eine einwandfreie Vorbereitung der Rohrenden/Anschlüsse mittels Fräse;
• Eine perfekte Kontrolle der Schweissdrucks und der Temperatur der Hitzebeständigkeit;in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften der
Unfallverhütung.
Jedes Gerät kann mehrere Durchmesser schweissen;
In Abhängigkeit vom Rohrdurchmesser werden in den Rohrklemmen die entsprechenden Reduktionsringe eingefügt.
Das Schweißgerät besteht aus einer Basis, auf der die festen und beweglichen Kluppen befestigt sind.
Die beweglichen Teile – hydraulisch angetrieben verlaufen auf 2 Führungsschienen.
Das Schweißgerät ist mit einer Planfräse, Thermoelement, Elektrohydraulik, mit Verteiler und Dampfdruckmesser ausgestattet.
Die Konstruktion des Thermoelements ist so beschaffen, dass es eine gleichmäßige Temperatur auf der gesamten Oberfläche garantiert.
Die Temperaturkontrolle wird von einem regulierbarem Thermostat gesteuert, das eine maximale Variation von plus/minus 2° C der eingestellten
Temperatur garantiert.
An allen Modellen ist auf dem Thermoelement ein Thermometer über eine Sonde mit der Thermoplatte verbunden.
Achtung: laut Norm UNI 10565 muss das Schweißgerät alle zwei Jahre beim Hersteller oder bei von ihm autorisierten Betrieben
überholt werde. SETZEN SIE SICH MIT UNS IN VERBINDUNG!!!

Cada maquina puede soldar muchos diàmetros; en funciòn de las dimensiones del tubo, se introducen en las morzadas de bàse las correspondientes
argollas de reducciòn.
La maquina està constituida por un cuerpo bàse en el que se montan las morzadas fijas y mòviles. Las partes mòviles, movidas hidràulicamente, corren
sobre dos conductos.
La soldadora està dotada con una fresa explanadora, termoelemento, centralita electrohidràulica con distribuidor y regulador de presiòn con manòmetro.
El termoelemento està construido de modo que puede garantizar una uniformidad de temperatura en toda la superficie.
El control de la temperatura se mantiene con un termostato regulable que garantiza una variaciòn màxima de ± 2°C de la temperatura impostada.
En totos los modelos es posicionado en el termoelemento un termòmetro con ìndice conectado con una termoplancha por medio de una sonda

The CONTROL BOX is a system to register and control the parameters used during the butt-welding operation using PEHD and PP pipes. This machine verifies that the parameters imposed by the operator during the welding operation are complied
with the normative ones. Pressures and temperatures are visualized on a LCD 2* 16 display and, if they are different from that are estimated from the law, they utter acoustic sounds. These last elements guide the operator during all the welding phases. This system is provided with an incorporated printer that issues a report at the end of the cycle.

La saldatrice ATHENA NEW POLY prevede, oltre all'inserimento manuale dei parametri di saldatura e dei codici a barre, la predisposizione per la penna
ottica (a richiesta), così da diventare una saldatrice ad impostazione automatica. Polivalente, consente la saldatura di raccordi elettrici fino a un diametro
di 400 mm.
La saldatrice ATHENA è una macchina leggera e maneggevole, dotata di impostazione manuale, indicata per saldare raccordi elettrosaldabili con tensione di saldatura 39,5 Volt, fino ad un diametro di 315mm.
La saldatrice ATHENA POLY, anch'essa leggera e maneggevole e ad impostazione manuale, differisce dall'ATHENA perchè polivalente, in grado di saldare
tutti i tipi di raccordi in pe ad elettrofusione presenti sul mercato. La gamma di saldatura rimane uguale alla saldatrice ATHENA, fino ad un diametro di 315 mm.
La saldatrice ATHENA POLY PLUS, differisce dall'ATHENA POLY, esclusivamente per la gamma di saldatura, che prevede un diametro massimo di 630 mm

ORDINAZIONI

2 - Le ordinazioni devono essere definite in ogni loro parte e complete di tutte le necessarie indicazioni sia tecniche, che amministrative, comprese le eventuali facilitazioni di carattere fiscale.
3 - L’espletamento delle ordinazioni può essere affidato ad una o più Unità aziendali a nostro
insindacabile giudizio.
4 - Le ordinazioni in sostituzione, nonché le eventuali aggiunte, salvo la nostra esplicita accettazione, saranno considerate come nuove ordinazioni.
CONFERME D’ORDINE
1 - La fornitura comprende solamente le prestazioni ed i materiali nei quantitativi specificati nelle
nostre lettere di conferma d’ordine o in ogni eventuale modifica alle stesse.
2 - Il testo della nostra conferma d’ordine prevarrà in ogni caso sul testo difforme della eventuale offerta e dell’ordinazione, salvo che il compratore non abbia contestato
immediatamente alla data del ricevimento le eventuali differenze.
3 - Qualsiasi condizione espressa dai nostri funzionari o intermediari, sarà senza valore se non
riprodotta nel testo della nostra lettera di conferma.
4 - Le quantità e le dimensioni nominali, comunque e dovunque riportate, sono indicative,
ammettendosi su di esse le tolleranze previste dalle norme d’esecuzione, dal nostro sommario
commerciale e dal nostro listino prezzi; in difetto valgono le tolleranze d’uso.
CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO
1 - Il pagamento delle nostre forniture, deve essere effettuato al netto di ogni spesa e sconto.
2 - Resta in nostra focoltà:
A) di richiedere il pagamento per contanti all’ordine; in tal caso verrà riconosciuto in
fattura uno sconto del 2% ;
B) di concedere un pagamento dilazionato, eventualmente dietro copertura cambiaria
(pagherò, tratta o cessioni), con spese e bolli a carico del compratore.
3 - Il ritardo nel pagamento, anche parziale, delle nostre fatture e i rinnovi extra contrattuali
degli effetti cambiari (spese bolli a carico del cliente) danno luogo all’immediata decorrenza
degli interessi di mora al tasso ufficiale di sconto aumentato di 4 punti, inoltre il mancato
o ritardato pagamento della fattura ci dà diritto, salvo ogni altra azione, di pretendere il
pagamento anticipato delle restanti forniture, oppure di ritenere sospeso o risolto il contratto
e di sospendere od annullare l’espletamento di eventuali altri contratti in corso, senza che il
compratore possa avanzare pretese di compensi o indennizzi o riserve al riguardo.
RESA DEI MATERIALI
1 - Salvo pattuizione contraria, tutte le nostre vendite si intendono per merce resa franco
nostro stabilimento produttore o nel nostro deposito.
Anche nel caso di vendita per merce spedita in porto franco la stessa viaggia a rischio e
pericolo del compratore.
2 - Ove la spedizione sia avvenuta a nostra cura, con mezzi stradali come previsto dal paragrafo 4) del capitolo termini di consegna e spedizione dei materiali è ammesso:
- per i materiali fatturati a metro o a pezzi, il reclamo da parte del compratore,
relativo soltanto ad una differenza, in più o in meno, sul numero dei metri o pezzi
spediti e/o avarie della merce verificatosi durante il trasporto. Per avvalersi di tali
facoltà, il compratore dovrà redigere l’eventuale reclamo sul retro del documento
di accompagnamento della merce.
Sempre a pena di nullità, il documento di accompagnamento dovrà essere poi firmato dal compratore e poi dal vettore o suo incaricato, ed a questi consegnato per
essere inoltrato.
IMBALLAGGIO
1 - Normale, gratis. Imballi particolari se richiesti saranno addebitati al costo.
2 - All’imballaggio provvederemo secondo esperienza ed usi, restando peraltro esplicitamente
esonerati da ogni responsabilità per perdita ed avarie.
3 - L’impiego di imballaggi particolari, dovranno essere richiesti dal compratore all’atto
dell’ordinazione.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA E SPEDIZIONI DEI MATERIALI
1 - I termini di approntamento, presentazione al collaudo, spedizione o consegna, riportati
nelle nostre conferme d’ordine, hanno solo valore indicativo e sono sempre dati senza garanzia,
eccetto i casi di impegni tassativi per determinare forniture e convenuti all’atto dell’ordinazione. Sono esclusi, anche in questa ipotesi, i casi di forza maggiore ed altri previsti dalla legge.
Eventuali ritardi non potranno quindi in nessun caso dar luogo al risarcimento di danni o alla
risoluzione anche parziale del contratto, a meno che tali conseguenze non siano state espressamente da noi accettate all’atto dell’ordinazione e con la conferma di vendita.
2 - In ogni caso il termine di consegna, risulta osservato con la comunicazione al cliente della
merce pronta alla spedizione o al collaudo, come indicato nei paragrafi 3) e 4) del capitolo
analisi e collaudo.
3 - Tra i casi idonei a liberarci da responsabilità per mancata o ritardata consegna, sono da
considerare, in via indicativa e non tassativa, anche quelli relativi a mancanza di materie prime
o di energia elettrica, guasti al macchinario, interruzioni del servizio o trasporto della merce, il
blocco o la guerra anche in Stati fornitori di materie prime, agitazioni del personale, occupazioni di stabilimenti, serrate, incendi, inondazioni, pubbliche calamità, ecc.
4 - La spedizione dei materiali approntati avverrebbe con mezzi da convenire all’atto
dell’ordinazione, ivi compreso il prelievo con mezzi del compratore.
5 - Le spedizioni vengono effettuate mediante corrieri scelti dal venditore.
6 - È facoltà del venditore evadere l’ordine in più riprese, senza che ciò dia diritto all’annullamento dell’ordine o di parte di esso.
ANALISI E COLLAUDO
1 - L’eventuale collaudo dei materiali deve essere espressamente richiesto dal compratore all’atto
dell’ordinazione e da noi espressamente accettato; esso può avvenire soltanto nei nostri stabilimenti produttori, prima della spedizione o consegna.
2 - Il collaudo può essere effettuato:
A) a cura del nostro stabilimento produttore che emetterà un certificato di prova;
B) a cura di agenti di Enti Ufficiali o riconosciuti;
C) a cura di incaricati del compratore.
Nei casi B) e C) le parcelle degli enti collaudatori sono a totale carico del compratore.
3 - Da parte del nostro stabilimento produttore, verrà data notizia al compratore dell’ approntamento dei materiali al collaudo, affinché egli possa dare tempestive Istruzioni all’Ente da lui
designato. Eventuali pagamenti da noi effettuati agli Enti collaudatori per conto del compratore, saranno da questi rimborsati a vista.
4 - Il collaudo dovrà avvenire entro 30 gg. dalla notifica di approntamento dei materiali, qualora esso debba essere eseguito da agenti di Enti Ufficiali o riconosciuto, ed entro 15 giorni,
qualora debba essere invece eseguito da incaricati del compratore.
Trascorsi tali termini, senza che il collaudo sia stato eseguito, si intende che il compratore vi rinuncia e che il materiale verrà tacitamente dallo stesso accettato. In tal caso ci riterremo autorizzati
ad effettuare la relativa spedizione ed a proseguire l’ulteriore fabbricazione o lavorazione.
Qualora non sia stato effettuato il collaudo previsto, faremo comunque pervenire al compratore
copia del certificato emesso dal nostro stabilimento produttore.
5 - Qualora nel corso del collaudo vengono eventualmente respinti dei materiali, sorgerà per
noi unicamente l’obbligo della sostituzione nel più breve termine possibile, senza che il compratore possa esigere alcun risarcimento.
6 - Qualora il collaudo dovesse essere tenuto in sospeso per volere del compratore e nel caso
che tale sospensione venga da noi accettata per iscritto, saranno addebitate al compratore
stesso tutte le maggiori spese che ne deriveranno (magazzinaggio, interessi passivi, ecc.).
7 - L’eventuale collaudo esterno alle tubazioni, deve essere effettuato prima del ricoprimento
delle tubazioni stesse.
GARANZIE
I materiali sono da noi garantiti in tutto rispondenti alle caratteristiche e condizioni specificate
nella lettera di conferma d’ordine. Non assumiamo, però, salvo eventuale pattuizione, alcuna
responsabilità, circa le applicazioni e comunque operazioni, alle quali presso il compratore o
chi per esso verrà sottoposto il materiale fornito.
RECLAMI
1 - Eventuali reclami per merce non corrispondente a quanto precisato nella nostra conferma
d’ordine, debbono essere avanzati per iscritto entro il termine 15 giorni dal ricevimento della
merce e pena di decadenza di ogni diritto alla sostituzione; tale termine è esteso a 90 giorni per
la denuncia dei difetti occulti.
Qualora il reclamo sia tempestivo e risulti, dopo l’accertamento dei nostri tecnici, fondato, il
nostro obbligo è limitato alla sostituzione della merce, riconosciuta non corrispondente alla
conferma, nello stesso luogo di consegna, della fornitura primitiva, previa restituzione di questa. È escluso qualsiasi diritto da parte del compratore di chiedere la risoluzione del contratto
o la riduzione del prezzo, in ogni caso, il risarcimento dei danni e il rimborso delle spese a
qualsiasi titolo sostenute.
2 - Il compratore decade da qualsiasi diritto di reclamo e quindi di sostituzione della merce
ove non sospenda immediatamente la lavorazione o l’impiego dei materiali oggetto della
contestazione.
3 - I reclami non danno diritto al compratore di sospendere il pagamento della fattura relativa
alla merce contestata.
RESI
Il materiale in restituzione viene accettato solo se preventivamente concordato; il materiale restituito dopo 30 giorni dalla consegna, viene riaccreditato con una detrazione del 25% sul prezzo
fatturato quale costo di controllo, magazzinaggio, altro.
IMPOSTA SUL VALORE AGGIUNTO L’I.V.A.
L’I.V.A. viene applicata secondo le norme vigenti alla data della fatturazione.
CLAUSOLA DI SALVAGUARDIA
Oltre che nei casi di forza maggiore e negli altri previsti dalla legge, ivi compreso lo stato
di allarme, mobilitazione, blocco o guerra anche in Stati fornitori di materie prime, scioperi
o agitazioni del personale, occupazioni di stabilimenti,serrate, incendi, inondazioni, pubbliche
calamità, ecc, abbiamo la facoltà di recedere, in tutto o in parte, dal contratto di vendita definitivamente concluso, nonché da quelli in corso di definizione quando si verifichino, dovunque
ciò avvenga, fatti e circostanze che alterino in modo sostanziale lo stato dei mercati, il valore
della moneta e le condizioni dell’Industria Italiana. In tali casi ed in genere quando recediamo
dal contratto per un impedimento che non dipenda da tatto o colpa nostra, il compratore
non avrà diritto ad indennizzi, compensi o rimborsi e dovrà, se richiesto, pagare la merce già
approntata od in corso di lavorazione.
FORO COMPETENTE
Foro competente ed esplicitamente accettato dal compratore per ogni controversia relativa
all’applicazione, interpretazione, esecuzione del presente contratto è il foro di Urbino.

PREMESSA
1 - Le presenti condizioni generali di vendita si considerano conosciute da tutti i compratori.
2 - Le nostre vendite, salvo stipulazione contraria, sono effettuate alle condizioni generali che
seguono, le quali annullano ogni diversa clausola stampata ovvero manoscritta sulle richieste di
offerta, sulle ordinazioni e nella corrispondenza del compratore.
3 - Ogni trasmissione di ordinazioni implica l’adesione, senza riserve, da parte del
compratore alle condizioni generali che seguono.

INTRODUCTION
1 - Nous considérons que ces conditions générales de vente sont connues par tous les
acheteurs.
2 - Nos ventes, sauf dispositions contraires, sont effectuées aux conditions générales qui suivent. Ces conditions annulent toutes les différentes clauses imprimées, c’est à dire manuscrit
sur les demandes d’offres, sur les commandes et sur la correspondance de l’acheteur.
3 - Chaque transmission de la commande implique l’adhésion, sans réserves, par l’acheteur
aux conditions générales qui suivent.
PRIX:
1 - Nos offres sont toujours sans engagement, sauf notre indication exprimée et elles sont
toujours subordonnées aux conditions générales de vente.
2 - Les offres pour lesquelles le terme général de vente est indiqué, sont considérées par nous
comme engageantes si l’acceptation de l’acheteur nous parvient dans le terme fixé.
3 - Les produits seront facturés aux prix qui sont en vigueur à la date de la consigne; les prix
de ce bordereau des prix sont sans IVA.
COMMANDES:
1 - Les commandes sont perfectionnées à touts les effets seulement après notre confirme
écrite.
2 - Les commandes doivent être définies dans toutes leurs parties et complétées dans toutes
les indications nécessaires, soit techniques soit administratives, même les éventuelles facilitations fiscales.
3 - L’accomplissement des commandes peut être affidé à un ou plus Unités d’entreprises selon
notre incontestable jugement.
4 - Les commandes de replacement et les éventuelles ajoutions seront considérées comme
des nouvelles commandes, sauf notre acceptation explicite.
CONFIRMATION DE LA COMMANDE:
1 - La fourniture comprend seulement les prestations et les matériaux dans les quantités
spécifiées par nos lettres de confirment de la commande ou par chaque éventuelle modifie
de ces lettres.
2 - Le texte de la nôtre confirme de la commande prévaudra toujours sur le texte différent de
l’éventuelle offre et de la commande, sauf que l’acheteur n’a pas contesté immédiatement au
moment de la réception les éventuelles différences.
3 - Chaque condition exprimée par nos fonctionnaires ou intermédiaires sera sans valoir s’elle
n’est pas reproduite dans le texte de notre lettre de confirme.
4 - La quantité et les dimensions nominales, de toute manière et où que reportées, sont indicatives, en misant sur elles les tolérances prévues par les normes d’exécution, par le nôtre sommaire commercial et par notre bordereau des prix ; par défaut il vaut les tolérances d’usage.
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT:
1 - Le paiement de nos fournitures doit être effectué au net de frais et d’escompte
2 - Il reste dans notre faculté:
A) La demande d’un paiement en espèces au moment de la commende, dans ce cas il est
reconnu une espèce de 2%;
B) La concession d’un paiement différé, éventuellement avec une couverture bancaire
(billet à ordre, traite ou cessions) et les frais et les cachets à charge de l’acheteur.
3 - Le retard du paiement, même si partiel, à nos factures et les renouvellements extra contractuels des effets cambiaires(les espèces des cachets à charge du client) donnent lieu au passage
des intérêts d’amende au taux officiel d’escompte augmenté de 4 points. En plus le manquant
ou retardé paiement de la facture nous donne le droits de prétendre le paiement anticipé des
restantes fournitures ou nous donne le droits de retenir suspendu ou résolu le contracte et
donc de suspendre ou annuler l’accomplissement des éventuels autres contractes en course;
sans que l’acheteur puisse avancer des prétentions d pour des rétributions ou des indemnisations ou des réserves.
RETOUR DES MATÉRIAUX:
1 - Sauf stipulation contraire, toutes nos ventes sont considérées comme marchandises franc
usine. Même si les matériaux envoyés sont en port franc la responsabilité est de l’acheteur.
2 - Si l’expédition est sous notre responsabilité, avec des moyennes routières comme prévu
dans le paragraphe 4) du capitole termes de la consigne et de l’expédition des matériaux il
est admit:
- Pour les marchandises facturées par mètre ou par pièce, les réclamations de
l’acheteur, relatif seulement à une différence, en plus ou en moins, sur le numéro des
mètres ou des pièces expédies et/ou avaries des marchandises qui s’est vérifiée pendant le transport. Pour s’avaler de ces facultés l’acheteur doit rédiger l’éventuelle
réclamation dans le derrière du document d’accompagnement des marchandises. A
peine de nullité le document d’accompagnement doit être même signé par l’acheteur et puis par le vendeur ou par une personne chargée par lui, et à lui consigné
pour être transmis.
EMBALLAGE:
1 - Si l’emballage est normal il est gratis, s’il est particulier les coûts seront débités.
2 - L’emballage sera effectué selon l’expérience et les modalités de toujours et pour ça nous
sommes explicitement exonérés des toutes les responsabilités des pertes et avaries.
3 - L’utilisation des emballages particuliers doit être demandée par l’acheteur au moment
de l’ordre.
DÉLAIS DE LEIVRASON ET D'EXPÉDITION DES MATÉRIAUX:
1 - Les termes de préparation, de présentation au test, d’expédition et de livraison qui sont
reportés dans nos lettres de confirme de l’ordre, ont seulement un valoir indicatif et ils sont
toujours des données sans garanties. Ça n’est pas valide dans les cas d’engagements impératifs
pour déterminer des fournitures et des cités à l’acte de l’ordre. Dans cette hypothèse les cas
de force majeure et des autres qui sont prévus par les lois sont exclus. S’il y a des retards donc,
l’acheteur ne peut pas prétendre le dommage et intérêts ou la résolution même partielle du
contracte, au moins que ces conséquences ne soient pas expressément acceptées par nous à
l’acte de l’ordre et avec la confirme de vente.
2 - Dans touts les cas, les délais de livraison sont observés avec la communication au client de
la marchandise prête à l’expédition ou au test, comme indiqué dans les paragraphes 3) et 4)
du capitole sur l’analyse et test.
3 - Entre les cas qui nous exonérés des toutes les responsabilités de livraison en retard ou
livraison manquée, vous doivent prendre en considération, dans une façon indicative et pas
impérative, même le cas d’absence des matières premières e d’énergie électrique, le cas de
machines en panne, le cas d’interruption du service ou du transport de la marchandise, l’arrêt
ou la guerre même dans les pays qui fournissent les matières premières, le cas d’agitation
du personnel, occupations des entreprises, des incendies, des inondations, des publiques
calamités, etc.
4 - L’expédition des matériaux sera effectuée avec les moyennes qui ont été choisi au moment
de l’ordre, même le transport avec les moyennes du client.
5 - Les expéditions sont effectuées avec des courriers choisis par le vendeur.
6 - Le vendeur peut diviser la commande dans plus parties en ne donnant pas la possibilité

d’annuler la commande ou une partie d’elle.
ANALYSE ET ESSAIS:
1 - L’éventuel essai des matériaux doit être demandé expressément par le client au moment
de la commande et il doit être accepté expressément par nous. L’essai peut être effectué dans
nos établissements de production avant de l’expédition ou de la livraison.
2 - Le test put être effectué :
A) Sous la direction de notre établissement producteur qui doit vous donner un certificat
d’épreuve ;
B) Sous la direction des agents qui travaillent pour des Instituts Officiels ou certifiés;
C) Sous la direction des personnes chargées par le client;
Dans les cas B) et C) les honoraires des instituts essayeurs sont complètement à charge du
client.
3 - Le personnel de notre établissement donnera au client la nouvelle de la préparation des
matériaux qui doivent être testés, dans cette manière le client peut donner les opportunes
instructions à l’Institut choisi par le même client. Les éventuels paiements que nous avons faits
aux Instituts essayeurs pour compte du client, seront remboursés à vue par le client.
4 - L’essai doit avoir lieu dans 30 g de la notification de la préparation des matériaux, s’il doit
être effectué par le personnel des Instituts Officiels ou par le personnel reconnu. Si l’essai
doit être effectué par le personnel chargé par le client, il doit avoir lieu entre 15g. Depuis ces
termes,sans que l’essai soit fait, on retenions que le client renonce à l’essai et que les matériaux
seront acceptés. Dans ce cas nous pouvons continuer la relative expédition et à continuer
la fabrication. Même si l’essai n’a pas été effectué nous ferons parvenir au client la copie du
certificat qui a été émise par notre établissement producteur.
5 - Si pendant l’essai des pièces des matériaux sont refusés, nous avons seulement l’oblige de
les changés tout de court sans que le client puisse exiger le dommages- intérêts.
6 - Si l’essai est suspendu selon la volonté du client et si nous acceptions par écrit telle suspension, touts les coûts, plus chers, doivent être payés par le client (par exemple le magasinage,
les intérêts passifs, etc.)
7 - Un éventuel essai externe aux tuyaux, doit être effectué après le recouvrement des tuyaux
même.
GARANTIES:
Nous garantirons que touts les matériaux correspondent aux caractéristiques et aux conditions qui sont spécifiées dans la lettre de confirmation de la commande. Nous n’avons pas, sauf
pour stipulation contraire, les responsabilités de l’application et des opérations que le client ou
qui pour lui, effectue sur les matériaux que nous fournissons.
RÉCLAMATIONS:
1 - Les réclamations pour les marchandises qui ne correspondent pas à ce qui est confirmé
dans la lettre de confirmation doivent être avancées pour écrit dans(depuis) 15 jours de la
réception des marchandises et peine de déchéance de touts les droits à la substitution, ce délai
est de 90 jours pour ce qui concerne la déclaration des défauts cachés. Si la réclamation a été
faite dans les délais déclarés et si depuis la vérification effectuée par les nôtres techniques elle
est exacte, notre oblige est de changer les marchandises en question. La marchandise pour
être changé ne doit pas correspondre à la confirmation, dans le même lieu de la livraison,
de la première fourniture sinon il y a la restitution d’elle. Le client ne peut pas demander la
résolution du contracte ou la réduction des prix, ni les dommages- intérêts ni le remboursement des frais.
2 - Le client n’a aucun droits de réclamation et donc de substitution des marchandises s’il
n’arrêt pas le travail ou l’usage des marchandises qui sont l’objecte de la contestation.
3 - Les réclamations ne donnent pas le droit au client de suspendre le paiement de la facture
relative à la marchandise qui est contestée.
RENDUS:
Le matériel en restitution est accepté seulement si la restitution a été concordée préalablement. Le matériel rendu depuis 30 jours de la livraison est accepté avec la déduction du 25%
sur le prix facturé, par exemple le coût de contrôle, magasinage etc.
TAXE SUR LA VALEUR AJOUTE É (IVA):
La taxe sur la valeur ajoutée est appliquée selon nos normes en vigueur au moment de la
facturation.
CLAUSE DE SAUVEGARDE:
Outre que dans les cas de force majeure et dans les autres qui sont prévus par les lois, même
l’état d’alerte, l’absence des matières premières e d’énergie électrique, le cas de machines en
panne, le cas d’interruption du service ou du transport de la marchandise, l’arrêt ou la guerre
même dans les pays qui fournissent les matières premières, le cas d’agitation du personnel,
occupations des entreprises, des incendies, des inondations, des publiques calamités, etc.
nous avons la faculté de résilier (entièrement ou partiellement) le contrat de vente qui est
définitivement terminé. Dans ces cas nous pouvons résilier même les contrats qui sont en
course d’être définis s’il y a des circonstances qui altèrent dans une manière essentielle l’état
des marchés, la valeur monétaire et les conditions de l’industrie italienne. Dans ces cas et
quand nous résilions un contrat pour motivations qui ne dépendent pas de nous, le client n’a
pas le droit à l’indemnisation et aux rétributions mais il devra, s’il lui est demandé, payer les
marchandises qui sont déjà préparées ou qui sont en train de préparation.
LIEU DE JURIDICTION:
Le lieu de juridiction qui est explicitement accepté par le client en cas de controverse relative
à l’application, à l’interprétation et à l’exécution du contrat est Urbino.
PRICES:
1 - 1. Our offers are always without any obligation, except for our explicit indication they are
subordinated to these general conditions.
2 - 2. Offers, on which is indicated a valid term, are for us binding if the buyer acceptance is
made before the fixed term.
3 - Products will be invoiced in accordance with the prices of this list.
ORDERS:
1 - Orders are deemed to be accepted only after the seller written confirmation.
2 - Orders are to be defined in every part. They have to be completed with all the indications
we need, both technical that administrative ones, also possible fiscal facilities.
3 - Orders fulfilment can be entrusted to one or more industry unities with our unquestionable
option.
4 - The replacement and the eventually addition orders, except our explicit acceptance, are to
be consider as new orders.
CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER:
1 - Our supply includes only the services and the materials in base on the quantity that is
specified in our confirmation of order letters or in every their eventual changes.
2 - The text of our confirmation of the order prevails in any case on an eventual different text
of order or order. This is not valid if the buyer had contested the eventual differences at the
delivery date.
3 - Any eventual condition expressed by our functionaries or agents will be without any validity if it is not reproduce on our letter of confirmation.
4 - The nominal quantity and dimensions are approximate, anyhow and anywhere they are
written, allowing on them tolerances according to the execution rules. All the nominal quantity and dimensions are transferred on our commercial summary and on our price list, in case
of defect the standard tolerances are valid.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1 - 1. The payment of our supply has to be effected at the net of every outlay and reduction.
2 - We have the following faculties:
A) A. We can demand a cash payment at the moment of the order; in this case it will be
recognized a 2% reduction;
B) B. We can give a deferred payment, eventually with an exchange covering (promissory
note or PN, draft assignments), in this case the closing costs and stamp taxes have to be
paid by the buyer;
3 - In case of delayed payment, even if a partial delay, of our invoices and in case of extra
contractual renewals of the bills of exchange (stamp taxes cost at the buyer’s expense) the
buyer will pay the interests of the delay at the official rate of discount increased of 4 points.
Besides the delayed payment and the non-payment of the invoice give to the seller the faculty
of pretend an advance payment of the remaining supplies. In this last case it can be happened
also that the seller decided to consider the contract interrupted or annulled. The seller can
also decide to suspend or delay the fulfilment of others eventual contracts without the buyer
expecting rewards or compensations or reserves on it.
RETURNS OF THE MATERIALS:
1 - 1. If there is not a contrary agreement all our sales are to be considered exworks in our
producer factory or deposit. This is valid also in the case that the products are sent by exworks
and so the transport is at buyer’s risk.
2 - When the expedition is on the seller responsibility, with public service vehicles as estimated
on the paragraph 4) of the chapter on the lead time and on the materials:
- For materials that are invoiced at piece or at meter, the buyer complaint, even if
about a difference on the pieces or meters that had been sent and or failure of the
product happened during the transport. To have this faculty the buyer has to edit
the eventual complaint on the reverse of the freight bill. The complaint will be valid
only if the freight bill will be signed by the buyer and then by the carrier (or one of
his responsible) and then delivered to him for the submit ion.
PACKAGE:
1 - The package is normally gratis. Particular packing will be charged to the cost.
2 - We will take care about packing according with experience and uses. We are moreover
excused from any responsibilities about loss and averages.
3 - The use of particular packages will be demand by the buyer at the order.
LEAD TIME AND PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION:
1 - The set up terms that are reproduced on the confirmation of the order, like presentation
to the test of the product and delivery, have only an indicative value and they are always data
without any guarantees. This is not valid in case of absolute engagements for determinate supplies and expressly agreed with the order. Also in this case they will be excluded the circumstances of conditions beyond our control and others accorded with the law. Eventual delays
can’t cause any indemnity for damages or any cancellation, even if partial, of the contract. This
is not valid only if these consequences had been expressly accepted by the seller with the
order and with the confirmation of sale.
2 - In any case the delivery term is kept with the confirmation of the supply ready to be send or
to be tested, as written on the paragraphs number 3) and 4) of the chapter analyse and test.
3 - Among the cases that are appropriated to free us from the responsibility for missing or for
late delivery, they have to be considered also linked to the raw material wantage or of electric
energy, machinery breakdowns, interruption of the service or of the material handling, the
lockout or the war also in the States that supply the raw material, personnel agitation, occupation of the factories, fire, inundation, public magnets, etc. These cases are to be considered in
an indicative way and not in a absolute one.
4 - The delivery of the set up products will happen with vehicles to agree at the moment of the
order, also if the transport will occur with the buyer’s vehicles.
5 - The shipping is made by carriers who are chosen by the seller.
6 - It is a faculty of the seller to complete the order in more than one time. It does not give the
right to cancel the entire order or (even) a part of it.
ANALYSIS AND TEST:
1 - The eventual test of the products has to be asked directly by the buyer at the order act and
it has to be expressly accepted by the seller. It can take place only on our producer factories
before the shipping or delivery.
2 - The test can be made:
A) by our producer factory that will grant a test certificate;
B) by licensed agents or agents of Official Institution;
C) by seller officers (delegates);
In the B) and C) cases the testing institutions fees are totally paid by the buyer.
3 - Our producer factory will give to the buyer the news of the products setup to test. In this
way the buyer can give timely instructions to the institution designated by him. Eventual our
payments to the testing institutions on behalf of the buyer will be refunded on sight.
4 - Test has to take place (happen) within 30 days starting from the notification of the products
set up. This is valid if the test will be effectuated by the Official Agents or by licensed agents.
Test has to take place within 15 days if seller officers will effectuate it. If these terms are passed
without making the test we consider that the buyer has renounced on it. On these reasons
the buyer will accept the materials. In this case we consider our self authorised to effect the
delivery and to proceed with the further production and manufacture. If the foreseen test is
not effectuated we will give to the buyer a copy of the documentation that has been issued
by our producer factory.
5 - If during the test some products are eventually returned we will have only the obligation to
replace them as soon as possible. In this case the buyer cannot pretend any compensation.
6 - If the buyer suspends the test and if the seller in writing accepts this suspension, all the
major costs will be charged to the buyer, for example the storage and the paid interests
costs.
7 - The eventual external test to the pipelines has to be effected before overlapping the same

WARRANTY:
We guarantee that all the products are in conformity with the conditions and characteristics
that are specified in the letter of confirmation of the order. We do not assure any responsibilities and operations made by the buyer or by a seller delegate who uses the materials we have
supplied. This is not valid if there is an eventual different agreement.
COMPLAINTS:
1 - The eventual complaints about materials that is non correspondent to what is written on
our letter of confirmation of the order had to be written before 15 days starting from the day
of the reception of the materials. After the fifteenth day every right about the replacing of
the products will expire. This term is extended to 90 days for the denunciation of the latent
defects. When the complaint is timely and well grounded (after the verification, control of
our technician, engineer) we can only change the materials that is non-correspondent to the
confirmation, in the same place of the delivery, of the first supply by restitution of this last. It
is excluded any buyer rights to pretend the cancellation of the contract or a reduction of the
price and in any case the indemnity of damages and the repayment of the charges.
2 - The buyer has not any more rights to reclaim and so he cannot replace the supply if he does
not stop immediately to work or the use of the products that are the object of the contest.
3 - Complaints do not give to the buyer the possibility to stop the payment of the bill of the
contested supplies.
RETURNS:
We accept back the materials only if it is fixed in advance. The materials returned after 30 days
from the delivery is confirmed again with an allowance of 25% on the invoiced price as control
cost, as storage, etc.
VALUE-ADDED TAX (IVA):
The value-added tax is applied according to our standards in use at the moment of the
invoicing.
PROTECTION CLAUSE:
We can withdraw, entirely or only in part, from the contracts of sale definitely settled and from
that are going to be settled when there are conditions beyond our control and in others cases
that are foreseen by the law. In these cases are included the alarm state, mobilization, blockade
or war in the States that are supplier of raw material, strikes or personnel agitations, sit-down
strikes, lockout, fires, inundations, public magnets, etc.
The withdrawing of the contract can be done when all these cases would happen and wherever they happened. The withdrawing of the contract is linked with facts and circumstances
that alter in a significant way the market conditions, the coin value and the conditions of the
Italian Industry.
In all these cases, and when we withdraw from the contract for an impediment that does not
depend on us, the buyer has not the right of compensations, of rewards, of repayments. If the
seller asks (for it) the buyer has to pay the supply already set up or that are in production.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION:
The place of jurisdiction explicitly accepted by the buyer for any disagreement about the
application, about understandings (interpretation), about executions of the actual contract
is that of Urbino.
