Définitions
(a) National Wireless Roaming Service enables the retail
customers of a wireless carrier (the home network carrier) to
automatically access voice, text, and data services by using a
visited wireless carrier's network (also referred to as "the
host network"), including the radio access network (RAN),
when they travel outside their home carrier's network
footprint using GSM-based technologies.

clients de détail d'une entreprise de services sans fil (soit
l'entreprise du réseau d'origine) d'accéder automatiquement à
des services vocaux, de messagerie texte et de données en
utilisant le réseau d'une entreprise de services sans fil visité
(aussi appelé le réseau hôte), y compris le réseau d'accès
radioélectrique (RAR), lorsqu'ils sont à l'extérieur de la zone
de couverture du réseau d'origine utilisant la technologie
GSM.

Terms and Conditions
Modalités
(a) National Wireless Roaming Service shall be provided to
wholesale wireless roaming customers on the terms and
conditions set out in the wholesale roaming agreement with
that customer that was in force on 5 May 2015 to the extent
that those terms and conditions are not inconsistent with the
terms and conditions in this tariff.

aux clients d`itinérance de gros selon les modalités énoncées
dans l`entente d'itinérance de gros avec ce client qui était en
vigueur le 5 mai 2015 et dans la mesure où ces modalités ne
sont pas incompatibles avec les modalités de ce tarif.
(b) For a new wholesale wireless roaming customer,
National Wireless Roaming Service shall be provided on the
same terms and conditions as a negotiated agreement in force
on 5 May 2015 with an existing customer who is, as much as
possible, of similar scale and scope as the new customer, to
the extent that those terms and conditions are not
inconsistent with the terms and conditions in this tariff.
(b) Pour un nouveau client d'itinérance sans fil en gros, le
service national d'itinérance sans fil doit être fourni selon les
mêmes modalités que celles d'une entente négociée conclue
avec un client existant depuis le 5 mai 2015 et qui est, plus
ou moins, d`envergure et d`échelle semblable et dans la
mesure où ces modalités ne sont pas incompatibles avec les
modalités de ce tariff.
(c) The customer of National Wireless Roaming Service
shall not be prevented from disclosing the identity of their
wholesale roaming providers to their current or potential
customers.
(c) Le client du service d'itinérance sans fil en gros ne doit
pas être empêché de divulguer l'identité de leurs fournisseurs
de services d'itinérance de gros à leurs clients actuels ou
potentiels.
(d) The provider of National Wireless Roaming Service
must provide roaming on its GSM-based mobile wireless
networks to all subscribers served by their wholesale
roaming customer, including the subscribers of any MVNOs
operating on their wholesale roaming customers' networks.
(d) Le fournisseur du service national d'itinérance sans fil
doit fournir le service d'itinérance sur leurs réseaux fondés
sur la technologie GSM à tous les abonnés desservis par
leurs clients en itinérance de gros, y compris les abonnés des
ERMV qui exercent des activités dans les réseaux de leurs
partenaires en itinérance de gros.
(e) Because the Commission has forborne, in Telecom
Regulatory Policy CRTC 2016-313, with respect to the
regulation of this service as set out in that decision, the
company may also provide the service in this interim tariff at
rates and on terms and conditions different from the tariffed
rates and terms pursuant to an agreement entered into
between the company and a competitor. Such an agreement
may not bind the wireless carriers beyond the approval of the
final tariff by the Commission.

(e) Puisque le Conseil s’est abstenu, dans la Politique
réglementaire de télécom CRTC 2016-313, de réglementer
ce service tel qu’il est énoncé dans la décision précitée,
l’entreprise peut également fournir le service tarifé selon des
taux et des modalités qui diffèrent des taux provisoires et des
modalités applicables, conformément à une entente conclue
entre l’entreprise et un concurrent. Cette entente ne peut lier
les entreprises de services sans fil au-delà de la date
d’approbation du tarif définitif par le Conseil.
