The candidates have to report to the Joint Director (Training), Regional
Office, E.S.I. Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, No. 10, Binnypet, Near Sirsi Circle,
Binny Fields, Bangalore – 560023, Karnataka on 04.10.2009 for pre-joining
formalities. The induction training will commence on 05.10.2009 . It is made clear
to him that if he fails to join the induction training programme as per the schedule
given above, the above offer of appointment would lapse and his case will be
regulated in accordance with Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel &
Administrative Reforms) O.M. No.9/23/71-Estt(D) dated 6-6-1978 as amended by
O.M. No.35015/2/93-Estt(D) dated 9.8.1995.

In case, he accepts the post on the terms and conditions mentioned in the
preceding paragraphs, he should convey his acceptance in writing to this office as
early as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of offer of
the appointment failing which it will be assumed that he is not interested in the
offer of appointment for the above post and the offer will stand automatically
cancelled without any further intimation to him.
